Remodeled gorgeous cottage overlooking horse farm. Family and work friendly.

Sharon is accessible and accommodating always. The house is clean and in a beautiful location. Private, quiet with awesome views of surrounding horse farms!!

This cottage was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the location - very close to Lexington but in an absolutely beautiful rural area. We were excited that the horses came out for a visit! We stayed here for UK family weekend and would definitely book again.

Lovely, well-equipped cottage with a mother and foal in the pasture right behind it. Easy access to beautiful drives through horse country and the charming small towns of Midway and Georgetown.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. We stayed two nights and it had everything we needed for our short trip. A small note about the bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a door to the outside. Not an issue for us but we didn't notice it in the photos on the listing and thought if we had been traveling with small children it might have been an issue. We visited Kentucky Horse Park which was only 5 miles away and also toured Clairbourne Farms just a short drive to Paris Ky. We would love to come back to this area again because there is so much to see and do in the area.

The house and the location were just perfect!! The house was clean; the kitchen provided whatever we needed; I loved how many windows there were, and all could be opened to appreciate the constant warm breezes and chirping birds! The location was stunning… nothing but rolling hills, those mesmerizing field fences were a joy to see from every angle of the property along with grazing horses AND foals both near and far!! The location was just right for Keeneland, Paris, Lexington and Versailles. Our flight was delayed and Sharon was kind enough to let us stay a few extra hours. I cannot wait to come back here!!!

This is a wonderfully equipped and comfortable cottage with a great location to explore Lexington and surrounding areas. Close to attractions and also has many basic amenities right nearby.

We spent a quick weekend to go see the rodeo, The house was the perfect location and very easy to check into. It had all the amenities you would want and the horses in the field were beautiful. We would defiantly return.

One of the most aesthetic properties I’ve yet to stay. Had some issues with an uncooperative smoke detector, but owners were quick to resolve the issue. Would absolutely stay again.

Myself,daughter in law and granddaughter were in town for the Kentucky Horse Park. The cottage was perfect to come back,relax and chat about the wonderful day we had! We wished we would’ve had a lil extra time to reach out and meet the owners and their dog but we will next time? Thanks for providing a perfect lil cottage for us to relax at:-)

Property was clean comfortable and very enjoyable! Easy access to Georgetown Lexington and area points of interest. Would definitely stay here again.
