    The location was good and the neighbourhood was very nice. The unit is in need of a serious cleaning however - excessive dirt/dust visible on all vents, under beds, and the floor seemed to have not been mopped in quite some time.

    We enjoyed the bright natural light, clean condition, strong AC and quiet location. The king bed mattress sags in the middle and should be updated.
