Remodeled, Dog-Friendly Cabin w/ Large Fenced Yard, WiFi & W/D - Great for ATVs

Very easy to access.

Comfortable cabin, and great location. Loved the deer in the neighborhood.Only complaint is that the Management company should provide enough toilet paper for visit.

Great stay, nice place. It was a bit dark inside, but otherwise it was great. Nice and quiet and a lovely quiet area for a mountain stay, a lovely mountain cabin. The fenced yard for the dog was fabulous!!

Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the decor of the home and the yard.

We came to the area to ride our side x sides. The log home is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and laundry. We enjoyed the back porch view. The generous parking was a highlight of the property, with room for 2 pickups pulling enclosed trailers.....with room to spare.

It was very nice clean quiet and very relaxing.

The cabin was the perfect little place to stay. It was spacious and cozy. The yard was large and perfect for our 4 legged friend to run around in with out worrying that he would get out of the fence. We loved sitting on the porch to enjoy the moring and evening mountain air.

Kit Carson was the perfect mountain get away. The fishing was great in the area. Temps were great and our 4 legged friend had plenty of room to run in the backyard with out fear of him getting out. We can't wait to stay again!

Lovely home, VERY CLEAN, all the amenities, huge fenced yard and parking area. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

We loved this cabin!! It had everything we needed and more. Super clean and literally so nice. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again, hopefully longer next time. The beds were comfy and it was very spacious.

The well water here smells like sulfur so bad that you will have to buy drinking water at the store! The master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable!! Other than these two things everything is great!! This would be one of the best places to stay in south fork if these were taken care of!!

This is a beautiful, spacious cabin with a wonderful full kitchen. We loved the large parking area and lighting around the property. It’s also close to the ATV trails and South Fork businesses. The people in town are super friendly and helpful. It was a great getaway for my husband and I.

The cabin was in a great location. The cleanliness overall was impeccable except for the urine stains on the carpet in the master bedroom. Would have been nice to be informed of no AC. That being said, everything else was great and would highly recommend!! All kitchen utensils were provided. Check in/out was a breeze.

My husband and son had stayed twice before so we knew it was great. The remodel even made it better. So nice and had everything we needed. Our dog loved spending time in the fenced backyard. Nice doggy door was a bonus! Really special place!

This cabin felt like home from the minute we drove up. Our dogs loved the backyard and doggie door. This was a wonderful bonus. I would recommend this cabin to anyone staying in Southfork. It feels like home and provides a perfect home base for exploring the mountains.

Overall the cabin was very nice. The kitchen and living room and the overall look of the cabin was beautiful. But there were signs and rules posted everywhere. I understand the need for rules, but put it in a binder. The people that are going to follow the rules will read them in the binder. The folks that don’t follow rules aren’t going to follow the signs/rules anyway. The signs posted everywhere were annoying.

Great getaway, it has all amenities and is so quiet and peaceful.
