    The location to the beach and the room. The kitchen living room and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom is downstairs but entry is best through garage as taking suitcases down spiral staircase is testy. But the room is nice. Bathrooms are nice. Have coffee pot, dishes, toaster, blender and cook wear. We enjoyed our stay. Rain water does get into garage.

    The house seemed to be clean and well-kept from the pictures. However, when my husband and I arrived we noticed several kitchen items were old and dirty. The lighting was dim as well as the lights from the oven range wouldn’t turn on. The left side of the complex did not open with the code. The pool did not look so clean as well as some bedrooms and the bed sheets. We found a cockroach in a restroom downstairs. Other than that, everything else was okay. Close proximity to the beach was nice.

    We spent 4 nights here as an extended family, ranging in age from 4 to 77. We made the best of a less than stellar experience, as the listing is not accurately depicted or safely maintained: No WiFi during our stay. No king beds despite the listing indicating at least one king bed. No hot water on one side until we flipped the braker. Malfunctioning or broken locks/doorknobs. Tub faucet fell off during first use. Several safety issues: loose planks on stairs, sharp metal edging around exterior windows where guests walk. Poorly stocked kitchen: it felt like a college, garage sale hodge-podge. We ended up buying quite a few necessities. We understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but we also had significant difficulty getting a hold of property manager with long wait times and poor follow up. The first 36-48 hours of our trip was very negatively impacted. On the other hand, here are the pros: Incredibly clean. Stellar location to beach and restaurants. Loved the pool. We wouldn’t stay here again, but it would probably be fine for a bunch of college kids.
