Remodeled 4 bedroom beach front home - Kayaks Available upon request - no fee

The host was very responsive & accommodating. The location and space for four couples was great. Easy and quick access to the beach with amazing sunrise and sunset views! We do enjoy cooking & found that the stove was missing a knob, the refrigerator doors did not work very well and the dishwasher had rusty racks with the lower rack not staying on the track. The casita entry lock didn’t work & the screen was off the track. We enjoyed the fire pit but it needs to be cleaned out as it is full from previous uses. Overall, this is a 4.5 if all the items were fixed and functioning properly.

It was a beautiful house direct access to the beach my family loved every part of it. They had access to kayaks my family enjoyed using and life jackets. It was very close to the Walmart if we needed anything. The host was very nice and understandable and got back to me when we needed anything. We enjoyed are stay and hope to back there soon! There was also sooo many dolphins we got to see form the inside of the house! Very magical!

This is the second year in a row we have treated our family to a trip to the property. Gerri and Steve are quick to respond to questions and helpful with all things. The house is in close proximity to the beach, great for the grandkids to just go play critter hunt etc. We look forward to renting again. Thanks again for opening up your home to us.

Lovely location, and a lovely home with a nice open floor plan and a great back patio area that we enjoyed every night. My only critique is that the The property could be stocked a bit better. There were no blow dryers, soap etc, very minimal hangers in closets for the number of bedrooms , no syran wrap/alum foil but etc…

This is a great place for families. The outside patio overlooking the ocean was the perfect place for us to gather together. The little ones enjoyed the sand box. Decor is a bit dated, but I recommend this place for families to gather because of the bunk room and additional casita. It worked well for extended family.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous beachside home. So convenient to have direct access to the beach, plus amazing beach views from the property. We love coming to Los Conchas and hope to rent this place again!

Outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, quiet beach, comfortable beds, big kitchen, outdoor seating, stunning views, close to Rocky Point favorites like Churros Penasco, Thrifty's Ice Cream, and Lucas Pollo...this is why we come back to Casa Neblina each stay. It's a favorite visit and simple check in/out process. Glad to have this as our family's favorite Mexico house.

House is located right on the beach in Las Conchas. The three bedrooms in the house were big with comfortable beds. The Casita provided extra space and privacy. Would definitely recommend this home for a large gatherings of friends and family. Plenty of room and a big and beautiful deck overlooking the ocean.

The house and kitchen was clean with ample space. The patio was large and had enough shade. The beach was the best part of the rental. It was not rocky at all. The steps to the beach needs some repair to make it safer but it’s manageable. The lounge chairs need replacing. The WiFi and AC worked great. The owners were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Nice open home, the Casita provides privacy and quietness for adults can use a TV but it's good. The AC was not working on parts of the house, and the refrigerator worked off and on. Overall the house is good size and good distance from the town. Good house.
