Beautiful beach property and exceptional sunrises and sunsets

We had an amazing time with our family! Plenty of room and the back porch has shade at all times of the day which is perfect for those of us that sunburn! The beach was clean and lovely, barely any real rocks and the water was absolutely perfect. Kayak's provided worked well and was a new activity for us. The house itself was clean and well stocked with plenty of plates/cups/ eating utensils, food prep items.... The recommendation of Peter's Tamales was excellent, he even custom made breakfast burritos for those of us with allergies! The microwave went on the fritz while we were there but they were out within the hour to help. AC worked GREAT the whole time, just had to keep bedroom doors slightly open at night otherwise they got too hot. The 10 gallons of bottled water provided was wonderful and even with 6 of us, didn't use all of it. We hope to stay here in the future!

We come to rocky point a couple time each summer, this was a Wonderful house, right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very helpful and gave very clear instructions. The house and casita were beautiful, and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our party of 10. House was located right on the beach. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.

Perfect house for our annual Mexico trip! Loved that it was right on the beach and still close to town.
