Stayed Jun 1, 2024This was a great location in Raleigh but to note is a town home and a small back yard. It does back up to some amazing trails! The host was super helpful and communicates well.

Stayed Jul 26, 2023This is a good home base to come back to after long days doing what ever you gotta do around Raleigh. Clean with fully equipped kitchen and bath and bedrooms with foam mattresses ranging from firm queen to medium and soft singles. Owner was responsive in remotely adjusting thermostat when AC kept resetting to a warmer temp and willing to come over when we had trouble with the electronic lock but we finally got the door unlocked.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023This is a lovely home for a getaway. It is just as pictured, stocked with necessssities (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) that often rentals do not provide. Night lights in bedrooms, fans available, hangers in all the closets - the little things that make a stay more convenient. There's a crib if you're traveling with a baby, & lots of easily configured bed options for kids. The bunk room is GREAT! We traveled with our 6 kids, ages 17 to 6, & they all loved it. There were many kid friendly features. The basement room is great for gaming, there was a clip on reading lamp in the bunk room for our late night bookworm, & our two youngest were all about the Alexa in the home, asking her question after question. Having 3 bathrooms was a necessity for a big family! The kids loved the burrito/pizza cat shower curtain in the upstairs shower. The owner is an extremely attentive & communicative host who answered our questions promptly & addressed our needs practically instantly. Would definitely rent from him again.

Stayed May 10, 2023Excellent choice ! Owner responded to any question I had in less than 24 hours every time ! Residence was perfect ..we had 7 people in our party and had plenty of room and each had our our private space ! Could not have made a better choice.
