Relax in our spacious three-bedroom detached home, perfect for families or groups. Sleeps up to 6 guests and features free parking, a private hot tub on the deck overlooking a peaceful garden, and a master suite with a large balcony for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Located just a 10-minute drive from Bournemouth’s beautiful beaches, it’s the ideal base for a coastal getaway combining comfort, space, and convenience. Perfect for memorable stays whatever the season.

Downstairs, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for an extra guest or lounging after a day out. The open dining area provides a great space for shared meals and connects directly to the decked terrace, where you can unwind in the private hot tub while enjoying peaceful views over the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor and opens onto the same decked area, making it easy to cook, dine, and socialise. It includes all essential cooking amenities along with a convenient laundry area and an adjacent WC.

Upstairs are three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and its own large private balcony overlooking the garden — an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second bedroom contains two single beds, and the third bedroom offers a single bed, making the layout flexible for families or mixed groups. The main bathroom is also upstairs and includes a bath and shower combination.

Outside, the private driveway comfortably fits two cars or up to three small vehicles.

Very relaxing stay with lovely views. Enjoyed the hot tub and Maryann was quick to respond to my questions. Had a meal at the Grasshopper restaurant which I would highly recommend.
