Stayed Sep 8, 2023Too many great things to list. The Host couldn’t be easier to work with. Property and house is unique and great for families. Private dock was a huge plus. Great for fishing off of and docking your boat. The whole family had an amazing time and this has to be the best “bang for your buck in Stockton! We will definitely be back.

Stayed May 3, 2023The home is large, with a beautiful yard and plenty of parking. The open floorplan upstairs is perfect -- adjacent to an ample-sized kitchen, ready for homecooked meals. We'll be back!

Stayed Apr 10, 2023I was in Stockton with my two adult sons to deal with matters concerning my deceased brother's estate. So, Emilio's house was absolutely perfect for our 4 day stay. We needed comfort and peace for preparation and reflection and it provided both. We had our morning time to get ready for the very busy day, and then we had our evenings to review, plan the next day and relax and listen to music of the band my brother played in for 40+ years. We did all of our meals out but the house does have a very functional kitchen and eating area. I would highly recommend this house for any occasion. Thank you Emilio

Stayed Sep 22, 2022Emilio is fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end of our journey in Stockton. The check-in was effortless, the house was immaculate, spacious, and well stocked with everything you might need. We spent a lot of time at the river on our private dock, watching the fish jump and the beauty of the lilypads. I can't say enough about this stay vacation, it truly is a Home Away from Home.
