Stayed Nov 24, 2025If you need a quiet place surrounded by nature and friendly travelers, this place is perfect. Pictures on site do no justice to the views. Also has boat, kayak and jet-ski access to the river, which i did not use this trip.

Stayed Aug 29, 20253rd time this year visiting this bungalow and loved it each time. Only suggestion was to get a larger tv as we are 84 and 81 and enjoy tv . Cannot read the one they have nor see the picture very good. Being handicaped seeing and hearing at our age is important. Just a bit bigger screen would be great. Our little getaway from home on the water. It was fun.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Just like home!!! Everything you need is there and it's so peaceful and relaxing! Been staying for about 7 years and it never disappoints. Great fishing from your porch and the best ice cream and desserts in walking distance.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025This bungalow at Village West Marina and Resort was just perfect. The deck on Fourteen Slough was great to watch and listen to all kinds of birds and wildlife. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well supplied. It was a pleasant stroll through the marina to the restaurants. All in all - we had a great time and will come again!

Stayed Sep 17, 2024My family has stayed here several times. We often occupy cabin 1 and 2. We have nothing but Great thing to say about our stays here and our Host David. Communication with David is so easy, he always respond so quickly and is always so accommodating, even to our sometimes multiple requests. We always feel safe which is very important. The cleaning crews make these cabins look like we are the very first guests, Everytime we stay. Now, we come to relax and fish and this is the perfect place for this. We caught several nice sized Bluegill and Catfish this time. We just sat on the deck listened to music and played cards with our brother and sister that were staying in the cabin next to us. This place is definitely worth the money, when you need a little reset.

Stayed Sep 24, 2024We booked the Sunset bungalow with the idea of doing a lot of fishing and catching a lot of fish! Only landed one little one but we had a wonderful time relaxing on the beautiful verandah, listening to the birds each morning and evening, observing the tides go in and out, and basking in the sun and savoring the evening breeze. The internet for the TV didn't work, which was probably a good thing, as we played games and talked instead of watching TV! Thanks to our hosts.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024I’ve lived in Lincoln Village West most of my life and had no idea that these bungalows were tucked away at the end of the marina. What a great find! The bungalow was spacious and the views are beautiful. My mother in law had a wonderful stay.

Stayed May 24, 2024We enjoyed the sunsets and views across the Delta and Mt Diablo, watching the fog surround the mountain, and the ships traverse the river. Hard to believe it’s only minutes off I-5. We’ll be back
