Reviewer Comments: We were visiting harbor springs/ petoskey area for our dad’s first death anniversary... the stay was lovely ... beautiful area and house... thoughtfully decorated, very clean, with everything we needed... beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well equipped... Would love to come back as long as the one room above the garage has a split AC fixed in it... it has an attic fan which cools the room down but the noise makes it impossible to sleep in.

The title says it all, there was nothing to complain about!

The house accommodated our family very well. The layout of the bedrooms & baths worked out perfectly and the beds were comfy. Parking 2 cars in the garage was a huge plus. My grandchildren especially enjoyed the ping pong table and basement area.

We are former Michiganders who now live in Reno. We brought our new Reno friends to explore our favorite spots in Michigan. Our stay at this property was definitely a highlight of our trip to Northern Michigan. We had plenty of room for 6 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bath. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed a relaxing time on the back deck. Vacation Properties kept us informed with everything we needed. Everything was wonderful. I definitely recommend staying here if you are considering a stay in Birchwood Farms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience in Birchwood Farms. House well-maintained, kitchen well-resourced, master suite comfortable. Birchwood is peaceful and wooded--great for walking. Caution to golfers and swimmers: The flat amenities fee for access to pool, fitness center, golf, etc., was steep for a smaller group staying just for one week. It would feel more reasonable with a big group or for a longer stay.
