Welcome to Paradise Ranch House, your relaxing North Scottsdale escape designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable desert days. This beautifully updated 3BR/2BA home features stylish Arizona-inspired décor, spacious living areas, and a private backyard oasis perfect for families, friends, business travelers, and staycations alike.

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults plus 1 child and 1 infant, with a Pack ’n Play available for little travelers.

The bright and open living room is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Relax on comfortable seating while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV or connecting to high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests are welcomed with a thoughtfully curated welcome table featuring local recommendations and snacks.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker, cookware, baking sheets, dishes, and glassware. Start your mornings at the coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The dining room offers plenty of seating for meals, games, and late-night conversations.

Arizona Room

Challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong in the fun-filled Arizona room, or use the dedicated desk and workspace for remote work. A cozy loveseat and sliding glass doors provide easy access to the backyard.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Cactus Suite (Primary): King bed, dual closets, ceiling fan, pool views, and private en suite bathroom with double sinks, luggage rack, hairdryer, soaking tub/shower combo, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Desert Rose Room: Queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and luggage rack

• Bunkhouse Room: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, ceiling fan, closet, and luggage rack

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers and shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Backyard Oasis

Step outside and enjoy your own private Arizona retreat featuring a sparkling fenced pool with waterfall and basketball hoop, a large turf area for cornhole and yard games, multiple lounge and dining spaces, café lights, propane BBQ grill, and plenty of room to relax under the desert sky. The pool is fenced, but children should always be supervised while swimming.

Whether you're golfing, shopping, hiking, enjoying Scottsdale nightlife, or simply relaxing poolside, Paradise Ranch House is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Southwest charm.



Please note the pool is not heated.



Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. Guests are also permitted to park in the driveway.



Additional Amenities ~ access to the garage, central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, family games and puzzles, Cornhole game, pool basketball hoop, BBQ grill, porta crib, highchair, and high speed internet for all of your streaming needs or work from home zoom meetings.



Recording/monitoring device cameras on the property in the front of the house (nest Doorbell and Nest Camera) which monitors the front door, driveway and sidewalk and a Nest Camera on the back of the house that monitors the backyard and pool. The cameras record motion, audio, and video 24/7. Our cameras are for the protection of our home. If tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate the property without refund of stay.



Please note ~ This is a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside of the house.



Cleaning ~ we are using up-to-date cleaning protocols as recommended by the CDC and Airbnb. All surfaces of the house are sanitized, linens sanitized, and extra cleaning products are on hand for the guests.

There is ample parking in the driveway or guests do have access to park in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

The Scottsdale greenbelt biking/walking path is just at the end of the block. Honor Health Hospital is 5 nearby. Not only does this beautiful home have great amenities, but it is also centrally located near all the major events, best restaurants, shopping, and golf courses in the area. We are minutes away from the Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden.



For outdoor activities, enjoy hiking the mountain trails, biking the numerous paths, taking desert Jeep tours, or going on a hot air balloon ride! You will have access to multiple parks and trails including Brown’s Mountain, Sunrise Trailhead, Tom’s Thumb, Biltmore Fashion Park, Granada Park, Camelback Mountain Trails, Piestewa Peak Park Trails and more. It is also located close to some of the best shopping and dining in Arizona at the Fashion Square mall, Old Town Scottsdale, and Kierland Commons.



Catching professional sports games is easy when Salt River Fields are only 4.6 miles and Scottsdale Stadium is 11 miles away. Close enough to watch all your favorite Spring Training teams, plus lots of other sports favorites like the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Coyotes, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona Cardinals.
