Relaxing, mountain-view house with two fireplaces, furnished deck, & fenced back

This was a great accommodation for our business trip to Sun Valley. The unit was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs.

The home was clean, spacious and very accommodating. The bathrooms were updated, kitchen equipped with plenty of cookware and the layout is awesome. Nothing fancy just a good old-fashioned solid resort home located on a cul-de-sac with no traffic at all. We will look to rent here again on the next ski trip to Sun Valley!!

Booked for first time visit to Sun Valley knowing little about the area. As it turns out, this was a great location for our group of friends for a ski week. Location was within a 3 minute drive to parking area for Warm Springs Day Lodge and lifts that take you directly to the top. Restaurants and shopping a few minutes down the street in Ketchum. Rental was spacious and provided 4 separate bedrooms. House was adequately equipped for our stay.

The view from the house, the spaciousness and the downstairs that had enough rooms for everyone.

Ideal location half way between town and skiing. A bit dated, but very clean.

For the money, this home is great. Ideal location and very clean.

Property was clean and conveniently located. Description of listing is accurate. Main floor has master and master bath right off living area. Would be nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level so everyone has an additional bathroom without using master. Lower level has three bedrooms and 1.5 baths with additional den area. This is perfect for a large family vacation. Washer needs to be serviced. We would have to restart a couple of times. It would be nice to have TV’s in bedrooms in basement. Overall, excellent vacation and place to stay. We felt like we were in our home away from home. It’s a cozy home and what has been updated is a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again and loved Sun Valley.

We were informed many times via email and text that our rental home would be ready at 4:00 PM on Thursday February 8th. I checked in via a text to Vacasa at 9:00 AM on the day of our check in to learn if we could obtain an early checking say 1:00 or 2:00 PM but we were again informed that our home would be ready at 4:00 PM; no problem at all as we knew the rules well in advance! When we arrived at 3:51 PM our home was not cleaned, beds not made, dirty towels on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink. So there I am with 5 other people having to call Vacasa to see how to remedy the problem. I spoke with Carlos C and he connected me with Nikki the Local Property manager. Nikki had a crew at the home by 5:00 PM who managed to clean the entire home by 7:15 PM. Just a bummer that Vacasa sent us so many communications that our home would be ready at 4:00 PM and then after our 8 hour drive only to find it a mess. So we went and hung out until we could enter, unpack, etc at 7:30 PM. Missed our dinner reservations and Vacasa credited us our cleaning deposit but the evening was shot. Not super excited to rent from Vacasa again concerned that this will happen again!!!

This house was a great disappointment. A stench pervaded the place. It is a very old house that hasn’t been updated. Bedding had been left in washer, which didn’t help the smell. We left 3 days early, with our faces puffy from allergies to mold.
