This modern home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a large open concept central area. High ceilings, sliding glass doors, and clerestory windows fill the rooms with natural light and mountain views. Remote controlled window shades throughout the home keep things cool and private.

The stylish primary bedroom has a king bed with views of the pool and surrounding natural beauty. The ensuite bath features a spacious walk-in shower and is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for an extended stay.

The tranquil middle bedroom features a queen bed and a 55” smart TV for streaming your favorite shows from under the covers.

A connecting full bathroom leads to the front bedroom with its gorgeous views of Mount San Jacinto. The room has double twin beds as well as a 55” smart TV.

In the well-appointed main room, you will find a relaxing living area with a 75” Samsung Frame TV, a sizable dining table, a fully-equipped bar cart, and a cozy breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen has everything needed for gourmet meals including modern stainless steel appliances and a Wolf range with an induction cooktop.

From the main room, step onto the secluded, sun-filled patio. Whether enjoying the view with a morning cup of coffee under the Palo Verde tree, lounging pool-side, grilling dinner, or enjoying a final glass of wine by the fire table, you’ll find everything you need for a restful, private stay.

A Few Things to Note:

The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

This is a no pets/no smoking rental.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
