Built in the 70's, this spacious farmhouse will sure to bring you joy and relaxation. House sits on 12 acres with 7 acre lake for guests to enjoy. Guest are welcome to fish (catch and release please) and have full walking access around the entire lake. Relax on the back-covered patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025I taught my 4 year old granddaughter to fish We caught several. The lake front views are beautiful, especially in the evening. The house is nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025This is a very nice well kept older home on nice property. Great Lake view! And a nice pool table. I would stay again of it was available the next time I’m in the Texarkana area. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This was our second time staying at this house and I can honestly say we will be staying here again. We do a yearly fishing trip and this house provides perfect accommodations with plenty of parking for boats as well as a safe/secure location feel.The host is great! His communication is top notch and he really wants to make sure the place is accommodated for your stay.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025overall great property! It is VERY close to the interstate but the noise did not bother us. The home was clean, well equipped, the property was beautiful. We had no luck fishing, but enjoyed relaxing by the water. It is pretty isolated, so be sure you pack all your needs. Communication with the host was very prompt.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025Great property and wonderful experience, definitely recommend. Views overlooking the water when the sun rises and sets are amazing. Communication with owner before and during our stay were great. Beds were comfy and home was nicely decorated.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Nice place to fish and hang out with family. Property was clean and cleared for access to entire pond. The race track nearby was an unexpected treat.
