Perfect location,home like feel

We had a wonderful stay at this Lexington home! The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area without spending a lot of time driving.The house was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the conveniences of home. It had everything we needed to relax and feel settled during our stay.Unfortunately, the weather was quite rainy while we were there, so we weren't able to take advantage of the hot tub, which looked inviting and would have been a great way to unwind. Despite the rain, we were still able to make a day trip to Red River Gorge, about an hour away, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and hiking opportunities.Overall, this was a great home base for exploring Lexington and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the region!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dalton was easy to communicate with, gave clear guidance for check-in and check-out procedures, and offered a lovely home to relax in. If back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Hpt tub was unusable. Very cloudy with chunks of white things floating around. Apparently there was a Sponge sucked into hot tub filter days before i arrived. Remained there until my second day when the host finally alerted me about it stating it was safe to use - it was not. It was disgusting. The Host never disclosed this or we would of never rented this. Just wrong!!

The owner was very kind and great with communication. The team that they are paying to clean this home is not doing the job that needs to be done. The home needs to be cleaned very deeply. The toilet was not flushed when we arrived. The cleaners were still there at 3:15 after check-in time still cleaning. The bed sheets were very dirty, and I had to clean the sheets before sleeping in them as there was so much hair in them. Location is great but this house needs to be deeply cleaned and taken care of.

Booked this house as it was only 8 miles from downtown and the Red Mile Casino. We had a blast exploring Lexington and we're grateful for a comfortable home to return to. Thank you for making it feel like home.

It was a short stay, but we loved the location, the cleanliness of the home, and the hot tub. Over all it’s a comfortable home. I loved how the owners left a binder with the history of the home and checklist before check out. The homeowner was easy to contact and available when we needed to communicate with him.

We loved the hot tub and was the primary reason we picked this place but the location was perfect for our extended stay for soccer! The Brighton trail within 1/2 mile was so nice for jogging/walking and the park close was perfect for our son.

We came to babysit our grand daughters and this was a perfect house for us! Close to restaurants, shopping, and our grands! There is a fire pit, hot tub, and a special treat of snow cone machine and makings for s’mores! We will be back!

This property is in a very nice quit neighborhood. It is located in the perfect location...shopping, food, groceries, you name it. This place was neat and clean. The only draw back for this property is the Livingroom furniture is TERRIBLE!! Needs better seating and more of it and maybe a bigger TV for watching. All in all a nice place to stay.

The overall property is really nice and a good place to stay to be close to everything. The hotels overlooking the backyard was a turn off when using the hot tub. The cleaning lady was there after our check in time and didn’t clean anything. She left dirty sheets on the bed. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and broken glass . There was grass in the hot tub and it wasn’t working because it had overheated and was in cool down mode. Outlets in both bathrooms kept tripping due to the hot tub being on the same breaker no toilet paper apon arrival(host brought us some) one of the toilets was stopped up when we got there as well. Overall the property is nice and a good place to stay but for what we spent and having to clean it ourselves before feeling comfortable was a turn off.

My daughters and I were stopping for the night on our way into Knoxville and the house was perfect for a girls spa night! Dalton was great and very friendly. One of the cleanest houses we’ve ever stayed in. My only wish was that we stayed for more than one night. Would highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at this property for a little mini-vacation away from the chaos in our crowded home. That hot tub alone was worth it! Our entire stay was peaceful and the property was absolutely charming.
