The Neighborhood:
Lazy Acres is a quiet neighborhood comprised of short term rentals and year-round residents. The posted speed limit is 15 mph and the noise ordinance is in effect after 10 PM.

Getting Around:
A car is required in order to get around West Yellowstone and surrounding areas. In the winter, a vehicle with AWD is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
In the winter, access to snowmobile trails is accessible at the end of the road via a trailhead. It is critical that all motorized vehicles remain on driveways or roads as the entire neighborhood runs on septic systems that are in the yards of the cabins. There is adequate parking space for two vehicles with large trailers whether you are coming to snowmobile or ATV.

In the summer, this is a horseback riding trail. ATV trails can be accessed via a trailhead off the main highway.
