Relaxing get away built for long stay

House was great, Edwin communicated well & responded quickly. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. All of our family was in town for our daughter's wedding so it was nice to have an actual house versus a hotel room to spread out and also so I could work some as well. Internet speeds were sufficient too.

The home was absolutely beautiful. I got married and used this home to get ready with my girls host my family in town. There were some things that were a concern such as many of the power outlets did not work. None on the master bathroom worked which was frustrating as a bride to get ready and do things that weekend. Also the light out in the backyard didn't work. The backyard also needed some yard work. But the host was great, lots of towel and blankets. And I did have a great stay aside from the outlets

Everything was great!

The host was incredibly kind and responsive. They checked in on us throughout our stay and always replied right away, which we really appreciated. The house itself is very spacious, and the house was clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but fine for a short stay.The neighborhood is quiet, and the immediate neighbors were friendly. Parking can get tight if you have more than two vehicles since it’s a small cul-de-sac.The biggest downside for us was the surrounding area outside the neighborhood. It felt very sketchy, with bars on the windows of nearby businesses, and multiple Uber drivers warning us not to walk around or go to the gas station on the corner. There was even a police standoff a few blocks away during our stay. None of this is the host’s fault — it’s just the location.We also experienced an ant issue. We woke up to all of our food on the counter being infested (about 80 worth) and had to throw it away. I let the host know, and they were receptive, but it was definitely an inconvenience. There also weren’t any trash bags provided and only two rolls of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own supplies.Overall, the host was great and the home itself had plenty of space, but due to the surrounding area and the issues we encountered, I personally wouldn’t stay again. If the location were different, it would’ve been a much better fit for us and would probably stay again.

Beautiful home and very accommodating host

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was adequate, basic cooking, no baking dishes. Would have been a bit challenging if you wanted to do any elaborate cooking. The backyard was not very inviting, so we did not utilize it.Could have used some local information about trash pick up as the recycling bin was full when we arrived and missed it being emptied as we didn’t know to put the bin out. Sussex out putting the trash out on our own!Edwin the host was super and was quick to respond to our communications!

Came for funeral and needed somewhere local to stay that was close to area I needed access to. Other than AC issue, house met current needs.

The house was very clean and Edwin was a wonderful host. He was very friendly, esay to contact if there were questions or issues, and he responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay at Edwin’s property was amazing. Wish we could have enjoyed the house more. We had an All day event for three days so we couldn’t enjoy the house. We will be back next year.

I was in town with my wife and 3 daughters for my nieces wedding. The house was perfect for us. Close to rehersal dinner and wedding venue. Inside the house was spaciuos and clean

Stayed here for a quick stop post Universal Trip. The host Edwin is accommodating, quick to respond, and super kind! I felt so comfortable and eager to book/stay because he was so nice and answered all my questions with clarity and kindness.The home is next level gorgeous. From the moment you walk in to a huge open space layout you have a keen sense that this feels like home! It’s clean, smells nice, and is spread out so after being in a hotel for a week, you can distance yourself from the kiddos. Also the interior design is ::chef’s kiss:: stunning!Now the neighborhood was my only concern. Driving from universal to this location, you’re quickly aware that the neighborhood is in a rough area…and the neighborhood itself, we were greeted by about 8 guys standing out around their trunk at night—day and night. People parked up and down the road, to include in front of the Vrbo. And kept up by flashing red and blue police lights at 12am. Also, lots of loud construction in homes next to this during the day.I felt safe because I read the other reviews, had a sense Edwin keeps his neighbors in check, and if you just keep to yourself, 99% of the time you’ll be okay. We are all humans just trying to survive these wild times.8/10, would stay here again because the host has genuine charm and that in itself added to my sense of safety.

A few small details were quickly taken care of by the super efficient & 100% communicative host:) Will be staying here again (the Kitchen/Dining/Family room is super spacious.)

Great house in a great location! Just as described. Super clean, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen. Our host, Edwin, was wonderful and checked on us throughout our stay. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, wonderful host, but a rough neighborhood.

We stay for 2 days for my son volleyball tournament. Edwin promptly reply all my doubts and questions. House was very clean and everything well maintained.
