Guest Access

Wide street, Cozy Beach home comes with its own carport that can fit up to three cars for parking. Street parking is also available. A guest has direct access to the beautiful private backyard from the carport or the main beach house.

The rear building may be occupied with its own rear access from the alley. The rear building and garage are not part of this agreement and are not attached to the main front guest beach house. They are separated by a high gate and are completely independent of each other with their own private access.

We don’t book more than 2 months in advance unless it was approved first from the owner.

Enjoy walks to the beach watching the sunset or spend time at your own beautiful private backyard barbecuing.
