Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Located in a peaceful residential area of southeast Colorado Springs, this neighborhood offers convenient access to military bases, outdoor recreation, shopping, and local attractions. The area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, mountain views, and easy access to major roads throughout the city. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stay while remaining close to downtown Colorado Springs and some of the region’s most iconic destinations.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Colorado Springs comfortably. Major roads like I-25 and Highway 115 provide convenient access to downtown, Fort Carson, Garden of the Gods, and nearby mountain attractions. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 18 minutes away for convenient travel access.

House Rules Required

~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



There are Ring security cameras installed at each exterior door, and they are currently active for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Dog Policy:

This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. 3 dogs max. Pet fee at $75. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
