Relaxing 3 Bedroom Home With Hot Tub

We only stayed one night. Beds are comfy. Liked the coffee station. The back yard could use some love, yard is unkept. The shower had hair clumps on the wall and I had a half eaten pop tart in my closet. There was no remote for my tv in my room. There are tons of shops for everything really close and it’s really close to the cruise port.

House was very nice. Exactly what we were expecting. Only issue was the shower in bedroom did not work. But thats ok as we had the other bathroom. But house was clean and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The shower was the best!!! Hot tub was wonderful and clean. The hosts were so kind and welcoming without even being there! My family enjoyed our mini vacation for sure. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of - all the furniture was comfortable too . It felt like home

My family and I had a great time staying at Dustin and Colleen's residence. The hot tub was a huge plus! The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. Great location great neighborhood with the park inside the neighborhood. It was all around a 10 out of 10.

This is a beautiful home in a private neighborhood, close to everything! We had a really great weekend, the hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful, updated home, very clean, easy check in, great location. The house was very clean and spacious, the hottub was great, but both coffee machines were not functioning and we wished we were able to make a hot cup.

The house was extremely clean. Dustin and Colleen were very communicative. The neighborhood was quiet and shopping and dining were just minutes away.

Very nice house! Perfect for our one night stay. Very close to Jaxoort cruise terminal. Highly recommend if you are coming into town to take a cruise out of Jacksonville.

This place is perfectly curated with every single thing you could possibly need ie. Crib, hot tub, washer/dryer, multiple kitchen appliances, bunk beds in one of the rooms. Also, communication with the host was extremely fast. Lastly, the house is in a quite residential neighborhood close to all well known retailers/restaurants.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The location was great for everything we came to do. I will most definitely book this spot again! Thank you Colleen for your fast response to all of my questions and for accommodating my request! You could’ve said no or added an upcharge but you didn’t. This really took stress away not having to worry about our living quarters, again, thank you and best wishes!

The place was squeaky clean. All info needed was provided and i would definitely try to book this place again if i was in Jacksonville. Literal minutes away from gas station/grocery store. Thank you for having us!

Great space for group of 5. Close to airport and close to Cruise Pier. We had a flight delay so we didn't arrive until after 5 on such a cold day. We ordered Pizza and sandwiches , delivered from Dominoes, WE were travel weary so after dinner we were all off to rest or enjoy TV. One suggestion for car (less ) travelers would be coffee and cream for am. Thank you for your Hospitality
