Relaxing 3 Bedroom Home in Lake Community

House was good. Deck needs replaced in the back. The boards are rotted and there is a big hole. Couch is pretty but uncomfortable for watching tv. We visited family that lives in the same neighborhood so the house was perfect for us. We would stay there again.

This cute house was perfect for our family to have a place to rest and sleep in-between our Poconos adventures. The main bedroom bed was comfy and the kids had no complaints about the bunk beds. Between what we knew to bring and what was provided, we seemed to have most every thing.

we enjoyed our stay… but the fireplace didn’t work at all, we had to wait for the cleaner to drop off parking passes the next day, cute house for a few ppl but 8/10 ppl i wouldn’t suggest

Owner was great at constant communication. Loved the house! It was perfect for me and my family! It snowed so much making it fun to play in the snow. I loved the temperature control feature inside the house. The fireplace was a bit confusing to use so we just left it alone. I would definitely like to come here again.

Nice place to stay to go skiing/snowboarding. Good host.

Great community. Nice long driveway, great front porch and back deck for outdoor seating. Spacious living room and great size bedrooms. Guest book had great recommendations and directions for community rules.

Great fall getaway! Host provided all the essentials, more than I expected. Location is centrally located to all Pocono towns. And who doesn’t like sipping coffee on the porch and watch deer graze? Thanks Paul for sharing your beautiful property.

The positive things were how comfortable the beds were and how clean the house was. Also the communication was great. When I had questions they were answered promptly. The bath products, soaps, etc. was a great touch and appreciated. It was also convenient to the areas that we wanted to explore. Some items that could improve the stay are new pots and pans. They were all scratched. The light over the kitchen table did not work. There was no coffee table or lamps in the living room area which would have been appreciated. Some of the hand towels and washcloths need to be updated. Overall it was a very comfortable stay but the updates mentioned would have made it a 10 for us.

The house was very clean and comfortable. And the host responded quickly to questions. We had a very relaxing stay.

House was accurately described. Cute little community. No outdoor fires permitted so if that's something you're interested in, keep that in mind. Communication with owner easy and awesome.

Nice house and community. The house was not very clean but the host is going to address this. There is also a need for more blankets and towels.

My family, 4 adults and 2 kids really liked this house. Check In was super easy. The house was clean, and spacious. The beach and pool were easy to find and very close to the house. Lake was warm and pool was refreshing. Grocery stores (Weis, Ship-Rite) are about 25-30 mins away, but it was okay bc the drive is pretty. A smaller grocery store is very close though. Highly recommend checking out the Pocono outlets that are fairly close by. 8/10 would absolutely recommend.

Host is super helpful in his communications and answering questions during our stay. For those simply using the home as sleeping quarters to 'come and go', home would be fine. If the home will serve as a 'haven' during your vacation, where you'll hang there for hours each day, you'll find some of the appointments are in need of attention. The host received constructive comments graciously, and committed to attending to some of those needs improvement items for future guests.

Lovely home with a beautiful kitchen and comfy beds. The front porch was a favorite gathering place and we were visited regularly from the friendly local wildlife that kept us all entertained. The host is proactive and thoughtful and goes over and above the norm adding small things that mean a lot. Pool and beach are very nice and the property is convenient to local attractions.

We had a great time… and everything was handicap accessible as advertised! Which was awesome! My only complaint is we had 8 ladies and only 2 rolls of toilet paper so we did have to run out and buy some.. otherwise great!

The location of the property was excellent. Access to amenities was perfect and the host made everything super easy. Beautiful spot for a getaway. Options of pool and/or lake. Cannot say enough great things.

Very clean, up to date and perfect place to relax as a family. We enjoyed teaching our teens to grill, playing tennis, fishing, movie nights and lots of board games. The neighborhood was peaceful. Owner was very responsive to our questions.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend away! We saw deer around at night and during the day, the kids enjoyed playing in the sand by the lake and the playground. Very responsive and helpful host.

This is our 3rd time staying in the Poconos. The house is the best so far. It is clean, spacious, well supplied, has smart tvs and a cozy fireplace. Deer are literally everywhere and they walked right onto the property. Very cool and fun for the kids. We drove 35 mins to Blue Mountain and visited a few places near Lake Harmony. The property is located close to all. My only issue was the sectional couch - it was comfy but one of those couches where certain sections are not attached to one another - so sometimes the pieces of the couch would spread apart from one another while you hang out. Otherwise awesome place and time. Paul was a great host.

Place was perfect for a great quick ski weekend with friends and family.

Lovely home. Looked just like the photos. It was very cozy. The beds were very comfortable and everything was great.

The house was perfect for my family. Very convenient for a family that has someone with a physical disability as the house has a ramp and the bathroom on the first floor has a shower perfect for a disabled person. Not easy to find at VRBO.Paul always answers all my questions very quick. The house is not too far from the Poconos outlets, Kalahari, Jim Thorpe, Walmart and many other popular places. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I will definitely recommend this home. Thank you so much for making our stay very pleasant.

We loved the many activities in the area. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of games and books to keep everyone entertained.

This place is a dream. So open and airy, so clean and well laid out. Great area and quiet. Kids loved the deer that came to greet us. Great place for 8 people, both young and old. Bring your own towels, though. There are not many and they are on the small size. But overall, VERY, Very nice. Would use this VRBO anytime and highly recommend it to all!

We highly recommend this property for a quiet secluded experience, while still having quick access to local fun. Very comfortable and homey. The home layout is perfect for anyone with mobility needs! Kitchen fully stocked with ample gadgets - everything you need. Enjoyed the meet and greets with the local deer in the mornings on the front porch. We will stay again!

Stayed here for 3 days for a family getaway and it had all the amenities we needed- especially the wheelchair ramp for my son. Quiet and relaxing while watching the deer pass by and the fall foliage. Highly recommend!

Great property, very clean. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of trees.. about 20 min from Jim Thorpe.. lots of hiking and bicycling within 30 min. Great communication with the host.

Truly your home away from home! We enjoyed everything about the place, from the cleanliness situation we found the house in, to the beautiful front and back yard, front and back porches, and the quiet relaxing community. We were 2 couples with 2 children each, the house was plenty big and spacious. State of the art kitchen, a big couch in the living area, and a nice big grill on the back deck. It was so relaxing to watch the deer stroll through the property at all times of the day. Paul was very accommodating, and always responded to our messages and answered any questions we had, always within minutes!!

The place was perfect for our family. Location was a few minutes from all the activities we wanted to do. Check in was easy and Paul always answered any questions we had. All the essentials were in the house so we didn’t need to run out to resupply. Because of the weather we didn’t use the pool or lake but it looked nice.

Paul was a great host and was quick to answer any questions we had about the property. The house was comfortable, with the front porch being the favorite place for all of us to sit, read and enjoy nature. We were amazed at how many deer wandered in and out of the yards. We loved walking around the neighborhood and saw many chipmunks and a groundhog also. The pool and beach weren't far from the cabin and the locals were friendly toward us. The location was great for going horseback riding, hiking, swimming and exploring. If you go to Jim Thorpe there are parking fees and many stores are only open weekends so plan accordingly. The large country store in Lehighton was a cute side trip. Looking for ice cream, there is an ice cream stand scoops about 15 minutes away that serves Hershey's Ice Cream. Boulder Field at Hickory State Park is an interesting sight to see. Overall, this was a super place for couples and families up to eight people. If you are looking for a party place this is not for you. The community is a quiet one and they discourage noisy parties as the houses are fairly close and noise travels. This suited us just fine. My only problem, was all the stop signs in the area, even at 15 mile an hour they sneak up on you. Greatly appreciated all the supplies that were provided. They had plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper , soap and kitchenware. They also had a drawer full of brochures of the area. Great vacation!
