Stayed Oct 11, 2024The property manager double-booked his property. Needless to say he did not honor our reservation which was approved and paid for in August. We arrived at the property only to find out it was rented to others. The property manager did NOT contact us and when we finally reached him - he blamed VRBO for the double book… though ALL communication came from Steven! We drove 1800 miles from Mississippi to meet our son from Michigan to end up sleeping in cars as the entire region was booked!! Do NOT rent this property under ANY platform!!!

Stayed Aug 9, 2023Exactly as pictured and just what we wanted. Close to what we wanted - Loon area, Clark’s Trading and 50min to Santa Village. Our family and pups loved it. Would stay again!

Stayed Feb 19, 2023We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean & comfortable -- everything felt relatively new. Easy to get to downhill, xc skiing and hiking trails. Steven always replied promptly when we had a question. We could have used a few more items in in the kitchen (pan/baking tray for oven, toaster), but I am sure they will accumulate more over time! We would happily stay here again!

Stayed Oct 6, 2022We really liked this VRBO! It was a great location, accessible to everything the White Mountains have to offer. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and a dog and exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend this place!

Stayed Aug 19, 2022Steve’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Everything seemed newly renovated, nicely decorated and was very comfortable for my family of 2 kids and our dog. Location was perfect, set back from the road, private but a quick 10 min to Waterville Valley and so easy to get to Plymouth and Lincoln. Steve was very communicative and answered all our questions. Hoping to come back this winter for skiing!
