Beautiful house on a quiet gorgeous beach!

The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The air conditioning was good

Listing needs to clarify that there is no central air - air conditioning is in bedrooms only and then clarify that you're going to ask people to turn them off for your convenience instead of their comfort. People coming from the mainland don't know these things.Inside alarm instructions need taken down - scared us initially because we had no idea what the alarm code was because we never received one.Listing indicated a hot tub which was one reason we booked - there's no hot tub. Just a hot-tub sized sand area.Items in storage chest need replaced as well as storage chest itself - nothing was useable.Fan in dining room had no pull string, so it could not be used.Instructions about trash contradictory - email says there's no recycling, etc - everything gets thrown away and put out on Friday and the day you leave. House, though, has labeled trash cans and a calendared schedule of which can goes out when. Were to receive 2 sets of keys - only got 1.Need more hooks in created bedroom as it has no closet. That room also has an upper level which keeps that room hotter than the rest as there's no way to open the upper windows for airflow. The sliding door in the bedroom on ocean side was rusted and broken out of the track..unuseable....again, a bedroom with open access to the ocean and it's sounds was part of the reason we booked this house.All in all, very disappointed in the accomodations....really, it just wasn't as advertised and was kind of in poor repair in general.

Great home with nice view of the ocean. Away from crowds but a short walk or drive to beaches. Clean and fully equipped. We had a great time staying at this property.

Location is fantastic! Not so easy access to the beach but manageable! Only AC in the bedrooms… rest of the house is very warm. Especially when raining since you must close all doors and windows. Zero communication from the host or manager. Messaged many times with no response. Kitchen is nice with all necessities… didn’t have a cheese grater so we bought one and left it for future guests. The view is 5 stars… house is 4 stars and communication is 1 star.

Beautiful ocean views, comfortable spaces, loved the AC in the bedrooms and the Bluetooth speaker. Vrbo pictures need updating. Overall good vacation rental.

This home was perfect for my family. It's on the water with an almost private beach just steps away. While we didn't really use the kitchen, it was very modern and up to date and spacious. My only negative is that it is on a busy road that is loud, but so is the ocean. I would stay again in a heart beat!

House was in great location. Right on the water with a short walk to a beach: It had all of the amenities to make for a great stay. Communication with the host was as very timely.

We had an awesome stay at this VRBO in Hawaii. The three bedrooms fit our family of six perfectly. Being right by the beach was amazing – we loved the ocean breeze and watching the sunrise from the backyard.The location was great, close to hiking, beaches, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and ziplining. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we cooked a lot of our meals. Communication with the property manager was smooth and easy.Highly recommend for families!

Had everything we needed for a home base to surfing, fishing, sightseeing and just relaxing. Ocean frontage was a great bonus too. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful view on the water. Beach access was just a couple houses down the road. We enjoyed our stay. House was stocked with everything needed. Easy check in. And communication was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The house had everything we needed and was overall great during our entire stay.There were plenty of dishes and utensils for us to use and we cooked quite a bit.If I had to give any negative feedback, I would say that the rental needs a new washer/dryer and the bed closest to the back yard is very very uncomfortable and creaky. Other than those 2 things everything was perfect.

We had an awesome stay at the property for 5 nights with a few close friends. Not the fanciest place, but very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, plenty of sheets, blankets and towels (including beach towels!). It even had some great beach gear including boogie boards, umbrellas, fins and snorkles.This area of Oahu is super mellow, so if you're looking for nightlife or an abundance of restaurants it might not be for you. If you're looking for chill beach days, hiking, fishing and relaxing this is your place. We spent most days exploring different beaches, eating at various food trucks, but mostly swimming and reading by the house which was great!

Wonderful stay in a great location on the water. Comfortable bedrooms, kitchen well set up, nice family/dining area.

Located close to Kaolua Ranch and Polynesian Cultural Center. Not many restaurants nearby and with the traffic on the island it’s a long drive to the Honolulu area. The busy road made it a little difficult to get in and out of driveway. Overall it is a nice, older home with plenty of nice beaches around and it does have comfy beds

Had an issue with an air conditioner not working. It was replaced on the first business day. My only complaint is that the sofa in the living room is uncomfortable--except in the corner--and needs to be replaced. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay because the location was perfect!

Seating needs to be replaced. Couch is toast. Toilet seat in middle bathroom broak off. Freezer door had no handle to open it with. This really made the kitchen look like crap. Dishwasher bottom rack didn't appear to be correct for this washer. Views were awesome. Wonderful sunrises. My son and his cousins had a blast. Maybe a couple of reels, for the fishing poles would have been nice. For the price. Did't have amout of keys discribed. Suggest a propane grill for the neigbors comfort. Lots of smoke to start coals. All in all we had a great stay. Sink some of your profits back into propery. Vuews were awesome
