Stayed May 6, 2025Very near public access to the Lake Michigan beaches (nice sunsets) - no ice, though, new refrigerator apparently. No water as promised. It is out in the country and a bit of a drive to Benton Harbor / St Joseph. Good for 1-2 people but no more. Would recommend.

Stayed Sep 6, 2023Although the cottage was clean, the exterior was very tired and needed some work. When we pulled up to the property, all I could see was the broken blinds on the front door. Cold water tap in the kitchen didn't work beyond a dribble. Stains on the couch and muddy kick marks on the front door. Hole in the metal on the screen door. Never again.

Stayed Sep 24, 2022Really cute place very clean communication with owner was easy Drew immediately would respond. About 3/4 of a mile to Michigan lake beach walking distance to DiMaggio‘s restaurant and Dollar General. I would definitely stay there again

Stayed Sep 9, 2022The inside was quaint and very clean. Outside was very over grown and needed some tending. There’s no living room area with seating. Just a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022The inside of the cabin is exactly as described. It's very clean and updated. It is small but has everything you need. One call out is, we went to use the oven and the gas smell was very strong and we ended up turning it off and not using it. The outdoors, definitely needs some TLC and is very overgrown. Very overgrown.

Stayed Aug 21, 2022We had a wonderful experience. Perfect between both St Joseph, and New Haven. For us it was great size due to fact we were not there much, but also enjoyed fire by fire pit, and being able to cook on the grill. Loved our stay, and price was great. Didn't need to contact manager for anything so we didn't bother him. Will definitely be back!!!!

Stayed Aug 19, 2022This cottage is a great option for a couples get away! My husband and I had a great time using this as our home away from home for the weekend. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cottage itself was extremely clean.
