Relaxation Station 30A - Beautiful Watercolor Home - Tesla Charging Station

We were looking for a getaway from winter and found Relaxation Station on VRBO. It was the perfect size! Ed rented it for the month of February. Everything was perfect! Our children and grandchildren came in shifts and we had 2 weeks to ourselves. It is a drivhyful home in a dead end v

We loved this house and its location! Beautiful decor, amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and management company was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Our second stay at Relaxation Station. It's a perfect spot for our family of four, don't forget to rent a golf cart!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 6) just spent a wonderful week at Relaxation Station. This was our 3rd stay in the area and Relaxation Station is our favorite home we’ve stayed in. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the incredibly comfortable beds, to toiletries being provided- it truly was the perfect place to unwind. We spent every morning on the front porch swing drinking coffee, and then would take a short bike ride to the pool, Seaside, or the beach. This home is in a beautiful and convenient location to everything which we appreciated with young kids. One thing to note- the pots/pans could use a slight upgrade. Overall, we can’t recommend this home enough and can’t wait to return!

Perfect for our family of six with our in laws. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinners in the kitchen, sitting on the porch swing in the morning, playing the board games, and sleeping comfortably in our beds! Very clean and rental company was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Relaxation Station in Watercolor was wonderfully relaxing! The home was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Whether we were lounging inside, or on the comfy screened in porch, the area was quiet and serene - an oasis. The house provided everything we needed for a perfect girlfriend's weekend get-away! Access to all the amenities of Watercolor - beach club with restaurant, pools, and walking and biking trails were the icing on the cake. Santa Rosa Beach is gorgeous with pristine white beaches and the gorgeous blue-green ocean. The food trucks, weekend Farmer's Market, and town square with restaurants and shops were fun and charming. I am already looking forward to our next holiday at Relaxation Station!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Watercolor for 13 years and have stayed at many houses - this one had a great location and a few nice furnishings but overall I didn't feel like it fit the price point for a few key reasons. The main issue was that there was a strong smell - like it had been smoked in. I thought at first it was a vacuum cleaner burned hose, but no- as the week wore on we really could smell the smoke which was faintly lingering in the house. Next, the decor was a little off- it seemed like it maybe had originally been professionally decorated (maybe by original owners and those pieces conveyed?) so some of the pieces are what you'd expect for a watercolor home - but then about half of the things looked like discounted Marshalls decor. There looked to be pet stains on the shaggy bedroom rug and the bikes provided were pretty rusty, one with a chain that was bent. I think the home could use some better quality linens, updated wallpaper in master bath (it looked shabby), and a refresh of the cheaper home decor items to really be worth the price tag. The appliances were top notch, the larger rugs, some of the foundational furniture pieces in the living room and the location was great- overall it had a ton of potential to be a wonderful home but it just missed the mark for us to rent here again - and that smoke smell really needs to be taken of- yuck.
