Welcome to Casa Al Fin, meaning 'Home At Last'. It's difficult to choose which design element of this home is most spectacular: the all-white stone patio with architectural stucco fireplace, the second-level gazebo surrounded with privacy shutters, or the towering Tuscan-style ceilings in the great room. Either way, you're sure to fall in love with this masterfully crafted home. The location also can't be beat – the Barbados community pool is across the street and the beach is less than a minute walk away. When it's time to retreat from the Florida sun you have plenty of options. The open, airy living area on the second floor offers a gourmet kitchen with bench seating area and large kitchen island for gathering with family and friends. Six sets of French doors lead to multiple balconies that wrap around the house, the largest one leading to the private gazebo over the two-car garage. Everyone will appreciate private baths in each bedroom with custom mosaic tile-work. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, and a king guest master on the third floor features a private balcony with partial Gulf views.

Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family's long lasting beach memories. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Parking
Casa Al Fin has designated parking for 1 vehicles in the garage. Only 1 parking pass for community parking is allowed for this home per HOA.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

    Great property and location, but was disappointed with the bedding — pillows are so old and the sheets are pilling and pulling off of the mattress with the slightest movement. I also reached out to property management about a faulty dryer and never got a response, so went home with soggy clothes and bags of clothes to be laundered at home.

    We absolutely LOVED the house and couldn't have been happier. The house was missing a couple of little things like salt and pepper. Also, it did not have enough toilet paper for all of the guests for the 4 days.

    Amazing location, close to everything. Could see the water from the third floor balcony. Kitchen was functional, missing a few basics like salt and pepper/ foil/cooking oil. Spacious house, cozy outdoor space- we loved the fireplace. Included bikes were great. House is a 2 min. walk to the beach which was great with smaller kids (restroom breaks) Would definitely come back!

    Our stay was great. Perfect location with walking distance to everything, with the beach just steps away. The house was beautiful and great for a multi generational family. We had an issue with the grill but it was fixed right away. There was a power outage and the AC on the second floor went off, but they sent someone that night to fix it. New beach chairs in the garage would be a great idea to upgrade the experience slightly. (We know they weren't promised so it wasn't a problem but the ones there are worn) We loved the fire place outside! A table to eat down there would be great. Overall a great family trip in a beautiful beach house in the cutest town.

    We have stayed in Rosemary many times and this is by far our favorite property! The kitchen is massive and great for cooking and gathering. I think it could use a real coffee maker and not just the small Keurig. Large kitchen table great for game time. Super comfy couch for the family to sit. I will say that the pillows need refreshing/washing covers. It has cable, which is awesome! And all rooms have a TV. also nice that every room had its own bathroom as well. Great entryway when you come in off the beach and they have a place to hang towels and the washer and dryer is right there. Would definitely stay here again!
