Mid-Century modern gem -- this is original decor and furnishings. A bit shabby, but fun.

Nice size home in a quiet neighborhood close to attractions. The canal and seabirds were a bonus. I especially liked the electric recliner on the nights we stayed in.

Was clean and organized. The moniker of retro is true but was also some shabbiness that need not be. The chair in the TV room is bad and should be replaced. Also the drapes hanging on the big window between the master bedroom and TV room need fixing. Really, having only two butter knives and not a smidgen of flour or sugar or coffee is your right but doesn’t sell. Having an open package of coffeemaker filters and no coffeemaker isn’t good either. Just a kuerig style coffee maker is not what most people want. Several light bulbs were out with no replacements and no replacement garbage bags.Overall it was suffice but I know my wife would not stay there again and lacking basic amenities is not a good look.

Super cool mid-century modern decor -- original! –– in a quiet residential neighborhood on the water. The area is still torn up from Hurricane Ian, so the tarp on the roof is not a surprise. A nice haven.
