It has everything: clean comfortable queen 10” foam firm mattress beds, 2 work desks, a stocked kitchen, a covered patio, 55” TV, and lounge chairs. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Unit is on single 1st floor.
