Relax & Recharge: Dog-Friendly Home w/ Private Pool, Extra Lot, & More!

Overall property was very clean. Had all the amenities required for a 1 week stay. A little dated but not something that we minded. Well maintained.

There was a rancid sulfur smell coming out of all water faucets, toilets & showers. I communicated it my first night there. We couldn’t take showers or even brush our teeth. I was afraid to use the washer or the dishwasher. There was absolutely no communication on your part unless it was myself reaching out. It was supposed to be a family vacation and I rented this house specifically because dogs were allowed. I waited all day my first day there for some sort of communication on sending a worker to fix the issue because I had dogs and I wanted to make arrangements if needed for them. We missed out on going and seeing Tampa. Our 4th of July was ruined. We left and didn’t stay the whole time. It was heartbreaking for this to be our family summer vacation. I will never get this time back.I’m still waiting on a response back on getting a full refund. This is unacceptable in every way.

This house was exactly what we needed for a short week away. The pool is great and was very clean. The kitchen was nice, and the open floor plan was fun for hanging out. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Very happy to have stayed here and would again!

House was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Had shampoo/conditioner/ body wash in showers to use, enough toilet paper, dish soap, an extra paper towel, trash bags, and a couple pods of laundry soap available to use. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the back yard with no other house behind it. Great location. Enjoyed walking to Ollie’s Pond park just a few blocks from the house to look for birds and enjoy a peaceful walk. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here.

The house did not live up to the photos in the rental advertisement. The house was not clean when we arrived, we cleaned using magic erasers (we purchased) the patio door and other door edges. The drawers had hair and crumbs in them, dog hair from previous occupants was present everywhere, furniture fabric is stained (arms of the couches). Master closet was filled with stuff an extra TV, dresser and owners' clothes storage, etc., leaving no room for our things to be hung up in closet. We spent the first 2 days cleaning - this was not a good start to our vacation. The keyless entry did not work properly even after a team member came and replaced the batteries. The team member that came to replace the batteries in the lock was rude and when we explained that the vacuum cleaner was terrible and didn't work, she said yah, she knows it is terrible and did nothing about it. Several days later I texted VRBO / Vacasa about the vacuum cleaner not working and 2 days later received a response that the vacuum cleaner is not one of the listed amenities in the rental agreement.............. The swimming pool cover was only covering about half of the pool (the other half was removed because of damage from a previous renter) and it was literally falling apart because of age. Lighting panels were removed in the kitchen and some of those lights would work on and off. Bathroom fan doesn't work in master bathroom. The ceiling fans blades are filthy. This home is very clean and has a beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking you might want to do. The grill comes in very handy out by the pool. Location was great and the neighborhood is very nice. We enjoyed walking around Ollies pond several times. We highly recommend this home and would love to return.

Our check-in time was delayed from 4pm to 6pm even though there wasn't anyone booked before our stay. When we arrived the floor was soaking wet from mopping but was still dirty. The house reeked of weed. There was trash laying on the garage floor. There was fresh perishable food in the kitchen cabinets. It seems that there is someone living here and has to vacate when someone is coming to rent. House sorely needs maintenance.

We arrived at night and could not get entry into the home. We are females over the age of 65+ The home needs maintenance big time !! First impressions are everything. I will be writing an email to the local and corporate offices. We paid very good money and we’re extremely disappointed. I have many photos to include in my correspondence to the above mentioned parties
