Stayed Dec 23, 2025We had a great stay. The host responded very quickly when I messaged him that the salt bucket was empty. He came and refilled the bucket and spread salt on the slippery sidewalk and driveway. The house was clean and conveniently located.

Stayed May 23, 2025The place was clean and cozy. We were supplied with everything we needed for our short weekend. Only thing missing was a lightbulb in the refrigerator! We also had to try and be quiet because of a basement tenant, but the owner was very kind in communicating that with us (the two little girls we had with us were VERY loud!). Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We came to Rochester to visit our daughter and family. This rental was located in the perfect location. Close to our daughter, close to great walking paths, and close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the house was well supplied.

Stayed Nov 28, 2021We could not get the temperature to stay where we wanted it. After a few hours, it would drop. Also, and this is a problem with most VRBO properties, the kitchen is sparsely equipped.
