Stayed Aug 16, 2025Our family just wrapped up another wonderful week at this beachfront gem in East Sandwich. This was our second stay at the property, and it reminded us why we came back - the direct beach access is unbeatable, and the house has everything a family needs for a true Cape Cod vacation.The location right on the beach meant the kids could run down to the water while we kept an eye on them. East Sandwich is perfectly positioned for day trips but quiet enough that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of tourist chaos.The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We're already talking about booking again for next summer.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The location on the beach is spectacular. The house is spacious and set up very well for a group. Beds are comfortable, and the house is very clean. Our 8 family members, ages 2 to 69, had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.
