Relax on Riverbend - Ideal Lake Norman getaway for up to 15 Guests

The house was immaculately clean, very well stocked, and has a beautiful view of the lake.

The house had so many thoughtful touches. The back yard and back deck were perfect for hanging out. The hosts were very helpful leading up to the stay. If I emailed, I always got a quick response.

Amazing home with everything you need. The owners provided a wonderful welcome package and all the basics from soap and shampoo to towels and kitchen needs. We never needed to run out to buy something except food - of course.

The house fit us perfectly! It was clean upon arrival. Well equipped. Great location. Could use another bathroom on the main level.

The house was perfect fir our family. We had 4 family groups staying together. The large house aloud us to be together, but also have our own space.

The open floor plan was perfect for our large family. Everyone could gather around and not feel crowded. The dinning table was the perfect size to share meals, conversations and/or play games. Great semi-secluded location to make lasting memories.

The communication before and during this stay was outstanding! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Great amenities, the s’mores setup and the bottle of wine were a nice touch even though we did not indulge.

We were in town for my son's wedding. The out of town family stayed together there. We had such a wonderful time and the setting was beautiful! Beds were comfy and lovely bathrooms! I absolutely loved that big gas stove in the kitchen which was a cooks dream. The views were wonderful too! If you want a great place to relax just choose this home. I was so pleased! setting was veautiful!!

Great location on the lake! The house is spacious, well organized and allows for some privacy, even with a large group. Delighted!

This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people.

We are a family of 14 that came together to celebrate our granddaughter's wedding in Statesville. We needed a large place, and this home filled the bill. It is very spacious and well laid out. The view from the deck is beautiful and the location is so serene and quiet. It is absolutely as described, and then some! I honestly can't say enough positive things about this home. The management company {Drew} was so responsive to any questions we had. It is stocked better than any rental we have had, and we are long term VRBO customers. You won't be disappointed!
