Relax-New Smyrna Beach , Sun, Shop, Ocean & Pool

Property needs updating, especially in the kitchen! Cooking ware is so warped very hard to cook with a electric stove. Sofa was from the 80s! No potholders, had to ask a neighbor for one when I baked a pan ans uses a towel in one hand and pot holder in the other! Very loud water pressure connected to the washing wachine! Was woke up from my vacation at 730am a few times from the wash machine being started!

nothing to like, the place is a dive, it was like living in the Twilight Was like living in the twilight Zone! Pool is nasty, dishwasher was nasty, with dirty dishes. When the guy weed whacked around the door, the grass clippings came in the living room.

This is a quite place nestled in New Smyrna. It was perfect for our family and you can’t beat the price! I would definitely recommend!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Very welcoming, clean and safe. Has everything one would need for extended stays, and then some. I enjoyed my stay here very much, and made some new friends as well. The owner and manager are good people and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good good experience.

Nice, quiet locations. The access to garage was the real attraction since drove my sports car and wanted a secure spot. The house was clean and sufficiently furnished.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations! The property is Well cared for, and has everything you need for long stays, and then some..The Manager Kim is amazing and does an outstanding job, she always makes herself available if you need anything. The manager and the owner are good people. And have a wonderful place here. Just book it and find out for yourself.

Great instructions to get there and check in process was awesome. Older house so it had some smells but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. The pool was GREAT!

The stay was peaceful and had what we basically needed. One recommendation is to add a hair dryer for women who stay there

Older home we’ll maintained. Teens loved the pool! The ability to have both the beach and the Universal Adventure within a reasonable distance of residence was “Great”! Host was available and responsive to all requests. Would happily stay here again.

This property worked out great.

We came down for the Daytona 500. It was the perfect place for 4 of us. The only minor complaint is it either needs an outlet in the small bathroom or a mirror in the second bedroom. Like I said…minor. Other than that it was great! Kim was very nice and responded quickly to any questions.

Absolutely wonderful rental beautifully decorated amazing pool. Wonderful caretaker absolutely perfect. Kim was amazing very attentive very helpful with local attractions. This is the second time. I’ve stayed on this property and my family and I will be back time and time again the pool is amazing. The house is beautiful it is so spacious. We stayed with five people and had a blast, I will continue to go to this property. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is so spacious with the separate laundry as well. We only had to pack for a couple of days. The shopping is great in this area, so are the nature tours and the beach you’re so close, but yet out of the hubbub , I recommend this property to single families as well as anyone else. Looking to stay in the new Smyrna area.

Had everything we needed, pool was nice and the location as well. Like i said host is awesome. Short drive to beach. Enjoyed it!!!
