Relax Near the Lake less than 2 miles from JP Coleman State Park

The house was beautifully decorated and so peaceful and serene. This will be my first choice to stay as I visit the area often. The bunk room is great for kids, however, not for adults, so keep that in mind if you want to use the bunk room for adults, the mattresses kills the back. But a 5 star place to stay!

Great place to stay while in Iuka!

This home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our Father’s Day weekend at Pickwick with our blended family. It was clean, the bedrooms were a perfect size with comfortable beds, there were fans in one of the closets which was a wonderful plus, and the bathrooms were clean and updated. This home is literally at the top of the hill of J.P. Coleman state park and there is a pull around driveway that is great for my dad pulling a boat. Beautiful home, wonderful memories were made and we definitely plan on returning soon.

We loved this property so much! The house was cozy, clean, convenient to our plans, and in a good area! The beds were comfortable, plenty of inside and outside area to spread out, parking for trucks with trailers, we couldn’t have asked for better! We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a wonderful time in this home. Perfect location from J.P. Coleman state park. The only improvements I could suggest are possibly improving the kitchen furnishings. The can opener didn’t work, no wine opener or scissors and we needed another outdoor garbage can since our stay was longer than just a couple of nights.

This home is so charming and decorated so cute. It is very clean and has comfortable beds. Fits 4 adults and 3 children comfortably. If you do not mind driving to a boat dock everyday then this house is close enough. It is near a busy 2 lane road so you will need to keep an eye on children and keep your dogs on a leash.

Very nice, clean and close to the lake. The driveway which circles around the back of the house makes boat parking very easy.
