The outdoor space is a fully fenced in courtyard featuring a deck and comfy seating area, lounge chairs, covered dining table, and barbeque. There are bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and even a kayak available to take out on your adventures.
The kitchen is centered with a 6' island and has sliding doors that open to the deck creating the perfect indoor/outdoor space to gather with family and friends. There are all the basics plus so much more: Blender, Keurig, Nespresso, French press and drip coffee maker, waffle maker, food processor, panini grill, crock pot, rice cooker, electric skillet, etc.

Manhattan Beach
Picturesque and laid back Manhattan Beach has one of the top beaches in California with over 2 miles of wide ocean frontage and 115 acres of sandy beach. It is the home of beach volleyball, excellent surfing & incredible sunsets while capturing a small town feel. It has chic boutique shopping, award winning restaurants just steps from the beach. You will be a short 5 minute drive to the beach.

The Neighborhood
The home is in a beautiful, safe and friendly neighborhood. You can park in the driveway or in the spaces in front of the house. Trader Joe's is only a couple minutes walk away. Pollywog park, the largest park in the South Bay, is a five minute walk. It has a large duck pond, two large playground areas and has free fun live concerts on Sundays in the summer.

Getting Around LA
Easy access to the highways, LAX airport, surrounding beaches, and many shops, stores & restaurants makes this an ideal location. You are 15 min from LAX and 5 minutes from the metro.
