This was an excellent property that had many many amenities that were very easy to use. The owner made it so easy to be at this house, including the simple checkout process. There is great gathering space inside and out, and it was a perfect spot for our reunion of four girlfriends scattered across the country. We had no issues, it was a very quiet neighborhood, and we would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I have stayed in a number of rentals over the years, and I will say that this one had everything a family might need. From coolers to sunscreen, from laundry detergent to frosted mugs in the freezer, to additional linens to air mattresses...it was a very nice stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is great for both walking down to the bay/coast and walking to downtown Pacific Grove. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks.

We loved the location of this home. Everything was walking distance! It was a very quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with the hot tub, the roof top patio, and especially the kitchen, which was very well appointed with everything we needed! We plan to reserve this home again, hopefully very soon.

This house is very well appointed with very comfy beds and linens. The location can’t be beat as it was walkable to both the lovely beach of Lovers Point as well as the downtown area of Packfoc Grove. Love not having to drive.

Hot tub was great! Kitchen well stocked, very comfortable We had a great time!

House is great, the outdoor space was a wonderful addition. The space worked well for 5 people. The only complaint was the beds and pillows. Of course it’s personal preference but we found the beds and particularly the pillows challenging to sleep on.

we absolutely love this house!!! we have been coming for multiple years on the same weekend. It has become a family tradition. My boys, husband and I truly feel at home here. The location is fantastic!!! We love grilling out and enjoying everything the house has to offer

This location is perfect to visit Monterey Bay Area. The home has many amenities. We loved the steam showers and hot tub. We didn’t have a chance to use the sauna. The outdoor area is fantastic. Especially the lookout on the roof. The reason for four stars is the linen on all the beds could use an update. As well as all the mattresses. The house was clean, mostly. The dining table looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. It would have been beneficial to have access to a broom or vacuum to help to keep the floors clean while we were there. Having said all of this, this is a great place to stay.

Lovely, roomy, great hot tub, plenty of utensils, pot / pans and SPOTLESS. The French doors do not lock and dishwater is very noisy. Thanks for opening your home to us.

Host was very accommodating.There were a few things that need attention,1)loose handle on dishwasher 2)loose toilet seat in master bath 3) loose hinge on microwave cabinetParking on narrow one way street not great with large vehicles.Great location , walking distance to downtown PG.

We loved everything at our stay in pacific grove!So easy to walk to lovers point and up the street was coffee& restaurants. Pack and play was on site and we even got to check in early thanks to the house managers communication. Only rec would be to put kid safety covers over the electrical outlets. (Minor issue) other then that we had an amazing time!

The Pacific Grove house was a highlight of our trip to the Monterey Peninsula!! What a lovely, clean, bright, well-appointed home. So cozy and welcoming with so many restaurants, shops, parks, and views right out the front door! Oh yes, also the rooftop deck is such a great spot to take a few minutes to take in all the beautiful scenery PG has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen. Excellent places for shopping and restaurants a block away and a walking path on the ocean also a block away in the opposite direction.

Close to everything wonderful in Pacific Grove. In a quiet neighborhood. A historical district with lots of homes 100 years and plus. Walk to many shops and great restaurants. Caution streets are narrow and driveway short and narrow. If you have a large suv it’ll be tricky parking.

We had a lovely time at this house. Its proximity to downtown and the beach and other surrounding towns made it a perfect location. Place had all the amenities and was clean and comfortable. Manager Frank was accessible and friendly. Would visit again.

Great location and in good condition. Perfect house for family of four adults. Only issue was with working coffee maker and capsules. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property in an awesome location (great to be able to walk out in one direction for restaurants and in the other direction for the ocean). The house is spacious but has a really homely feel and the hot tub is a great addition.

Wonderful stay in Pacific Grove! The home is lovely and located on a quiet but very convenient street, walkable to shops, restaurants, the beach and charming parks. Easy 1.5 mile walk into Monterey. Very comfortable and charming. Parking space was a huge bonus!

House was as stated and very comfortable. Great location! Sauna and steam showers were amazing after long days exploring. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and another couple of friends had a great local getaway in Pacific Grove, and staying at this house was a big part of what made it wonderful. The house is exactly as described. It's in a perfect location, and we never got in the car while we were there! the gorgeous coast is right down the street, the charming downtown is right up the street, and when you don't want to go anywhere, the house is a perfect place to hang.

It is a really nice property that is exactly as it’s described in the listing. The location is amazing and the host and her property manage are very polite and easy to communicate with. This was our second time staying at one of her properties and we truly enjoyed each trip.

We spent three nights here. Fabulous place! Great location near downtown PG and Lovers Point area. Gas fireplace really kicked out the heat. Nice flat screen TV-we watched the Super Bowl. Direct gas line for the Weber grill worked well. We did not use the dry sauna but did use the hot tub quite a bit. The crows nest up on the roof was incredible. If you drink wine, I would recommend bringing glasses. Couldn’t find any?. Beds were all comfortable. Two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. Well stocked kitchen with a wine refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay!

There are pros and cons to this property:It is in a great location to walk to the beach or to restaurant, responsive manager and owner when issues arose, made an exception which was greatly appreciated, 2 fireplaces indoors, outdoor fireplace and hot tub were amazing, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Listing did not mention that the primary bedroom on the top floor did not have a door. Not private and sound carried into the room from the living spaces. Rooms were pretty bright for light sensitive sleepers, room darkening shades in the primary and back bedroom on the main would be ideal.

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the location and the house is perfect for a small group of family or friends. Sauna and hot tub are bonuses!! Walking distance to great restaurants, golf course, museum, etc. You can walk a little over a mile to the aquarium (great trail along the water) and also not far from 17 mile drive. We took a short uber to Pebble Beach (about 15 minutes) for the PGA tournament. The neighborhood and PG area are extremely quiet at night; it is a very relaxing town! We will definitely be back!

It was very comfortable and convenient, and the location was great. The 5 of us fit well in the house, and we had plenty of space for our activitie, including cooking. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and talking. We also explored Pacific Grove on foot and neighboring locations (especially the Aquarium) in our car. We are very likely to come back.

Loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, loved watching the sunset from the roof, loved all the cute little touches in the house! Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay for our group of six! The house was immaculate with plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. A few minutes drive to Carmel and 17 mile drive. Would definitely stay again, the neighborhood is so quaint and safe.

Spent a week in PG with another couple and stayed at this property which we had rented 11 years ago. The home is perfectly located between downtown PG and the Pacific Ocean at Lover’s Point. All the amenities and located in the neighborhood of historic PG homes. Perfect in every way.

We stayed for a wedding weekend in October. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. There were enough bedrooms to accommodate our group and plenty of room for everyone to relax and for the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice upgraded appliances. We enjoyed the property very much. It’s a beautiful house with a cozy back yard. We spent a lot of time in the back of the house. The neighborhood is very charming. It’s a short walk to the beach and the center of the town.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was nestled on a small quiet street with a five minute walk to the beach one way and a five minute walk to cafes and restaurants the other way. The home was comfortable with a great outdoor area as well a a rooftop outlook to the ocean!
