Stayed Apr 8, 2026A group of friends needed a getaway for some sun and fun. Mission accomplished! This home was laid out perfectly. We all had our own space, loved the poolside laughter and it was well stocked for cooking/barbecuing. Location was also a bonus. Best compliment ever is none of us wanted to leave!

Stayed Feb 5, 2026Fantastic backyard and pool. Lots of space and seating for leisurely dinners and time with friends around the pool. We had 8adults and everyone fit comfortably. Owner was responsive to requests.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Lovely neighborhood within 10 minute drive of the Mayo Clinic. Check-in process was easy and management was responsive. The pool was good and so was the outdoor grill. Property is not as nice as the photos. We couldn’t use the dishwaher because it leaked under the plank flooring; management offered to repair, but it would been too disruptive. All of the patio furniture was worn & stained, kitchen items such as pots/pans burned and old, no extra blankets, saggy couches.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025Stayed for a family function in town. House was spacious and comfortable. Pool was lovely and had a nice handrail. Great water pressure and temp for showers. Bart was great with communicating and assisting. It is a process to do extra documentation and emails outside of the system. Also, not sure if it’s in the listing or one of the communications via email but the house is not stocked with any food items. Plenty of cooking utensils though.
