Relax in our large 4b/2b ranch w/hot tub,firepit, game room, sleeps 11, pets ok

This place was absolutely perfect for our family gathering of nine. This place has everything you would need for a long weekend getaway. The place is very clean. We roasted marshmallows by the fire, played football in the yard, saw deer walking through the yard, used the pole barn to play games and there is an extra refrigerator in there as well. We used the 2 hammocks. There is a very cute ice cream place called The Beach Bucket that is walking distance to this rental. They have flights of ice cream and we walked there two times to get their delicious ice cream. We went to New Buffalo, the beach, hiked, went out for coffee and to a farmers market. The location is perfect for every activity. The rental includes a hot tub and has plenty of parking. The main area is very spacious for large gatherings. We played cards and ate there daily. There are also tables outside and in the pole barn. We had a great time. Daina was our contact for the rental and she was amazing! She gave us places to visit, things to do and the suggestions were great. She was easy to reach and had great communication before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this rental and location.

Easy access, very clean and VERY comfortable beds. Loved the accessories for the house too (Bluetooth speakers, toiletries, cleaning items, and the games/activities were great.

A great stay! Literally right next to the Warren Dunes state park. We had fantastic vacation with family. In particular, the yard space, hammocks, and yard games were well enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the roomy ceilings in the main space.

We absolutely loved this place. We have been coming up to New Buffalo area for about 15 years and this was definitely one of our favorite homes. It had everything we needed including plenty of rooms, nice hot tub to relax in, fire pit to roast marshmallows, large yard to toss the football around, barn with some games including table tennis. The Warren Dunes were only 3 minutes away. Blueberry picking close by. We cannot wait to come back here.

We had a wonderful experience. First, the location is amazing! It’s a two mile walk or five minute drive to the longest stretch of glorious sandy beaches with ample parking. We were at the beach every single day. The fresh produce stand at the end of the block provided so many fresh fruits and vegetables, including a basket of everything we needed to make fresh guacamole, including the recipe. Second, the house was absolutely immaculate. We have rented many VRBO properties and the kitchen and refrigerator were the cleanest we have ever seen! Additionally, it was so well stocked with pots, pans, colanders, etc. we needed to cook. There were also weighty glasses that felt great to drink out of and a selection of kids dishes. There were just so many thoughtful details. You will need to bring or buy your own spices. The beds were wildly comfortable, so much so that we actually peeked under the sheet to find out the name so that we could consider it for home! We had one small issue with a bed frame, but the handyman was there that afternoon and fixed it right away. Communication was exceptional. The great room was perfect for hanging out together, but there were also so many nooks to find spots for privacy. We only had five people there, but there was room for so many more and so much space for kids and adults to have fun! All in all, it was a magical week. I think it truly could be a four season place to visit. A

We greatly enjoyed our stay, wonderful house.

This home fit our family of 10 perfectly! The kids loved the big yard, the hammocks and bunk beds! The adults really enjoyed the pole barn, fire pit and hot tub! We were surprised to find the beach/dunes so incredibly close to the house! We had a wonderful visit!

This house was perfect for our occasion…….a family wedding in the area! So, so clean, super accommodating and great communication. If we are ever in this area again I will book again. Great location as well, beach, State park, go-carts.
