LARGE VILANO BEACH HOUSE – SEMI PRIVATE, HEATED POOL - OCEANSIDE

Our Spacious Oceanside Vilano Beach Home is perfect for family and friends! – Enjoy 3,000+ square feet of indoor space and 1,500 square feet of decks. Our home has fantastic views! There is a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross. On the third floor is a spacious main suite with a king bed, private bath, tiled shower, and jetted tub. Step out from the 3rd floor bedroom onto a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic!

The main floor has a full kitchen with plenty of seating for 12, access to a large porch, and another bedroom with a King bed and a private bath. The main floor also has a shared bath for guests using the living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a smart TV and sound bar.

The lower level includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker, plus three bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Two bedrooms are large, and one is small. Bedroom one has a full-sized bed. Bedroom two has two full-sized beds and a twin. Finally, bedroom three has two queen-sized beds. Bedroom two on this level has an ensuite bathroom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway for the other two bedrooms.

So, in summary, there are five bedrooms with the following beds: two kings, two queens, three fulls, and a twin. We have a new sofa but it is no longer a sofa bed.

Step outside and follow the path to a semi-private pool, or turn right for a short walk to the beach. Publix is conveniently located across the street for all of your grocery needs! Grab a snack or bottle of wine and enjoy them on one of the many decks.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Dogs - Dogs are allowed in this home. We prefer small to medium-sized dogs. Please do not book without informing us about your dog and its size. We occasionally allow two dogs, and when we do, they must be small to medium-sized. There is a non-refundable pet fee, and guests are required to sign a pet addendum.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.

Parking - There are four parking spaces with additional parking in the shopping center near Publix. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers are not permitted.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

THINGS TO DO
The heart of St. Augustine is just a short drive across the bridge, where you'll find plenty of shopping, dining options, and history. Explore the oldest schoolhouse and various churches, and take a tour of Flagler College with its beautiful Tiffany windows. Or step back in time and visit the Fountain of Youth or the historic masonry fort. Ride the hop on a hop-off trolley which is a lot of fun or walk along St. George Street to enjoy boutiques, restaurants, gift shops, and more. Water activities and golf are popular vacation choices. Nearby, there are also boat, electric cart, sailboat, kayak, and airboat tours. During the holidays, guests can experience St. Augustine’s Night of Lights, shop at a holiday market, and enjoy live music.

    Very good communication from hosts. Very clean. Close to beach & shops. Our group of 10 women each had a bed (shared king beds). Ample parking for 4 vehicles.

    The property is listed as ocean view, you have to look through the palm trees to see a sliver of the ocean. House needs to be cleaned. Cookware is very sparse and old, does not cook well. Dryer does not work, sliding patio door off living very difficult to open. Light on living room patio is a strobe light. Two bedroom downstairs if you turn lights on in one room, turns the other one off and vice versa. Master bedroom toilet run constantly. House in need of repair!!

    It was nice and roomy and very convenient to the beach. There was a lot of unsightly construction work going on next door and one of the mattresseswas very uncomfortable. Our family did enjoy the trip, however.

    I booked this property for a trip with my son and daughter and their families, and it was absolutely perfect. The 3 floors gave each family their own level so we all had some privacy when needed. The second level has the kitchen and living space with plenty of room for everyone. Our favorite part was the porch on that level, we had 4 toddlers under 4 and since it was the second story it had no outside exit, we could all relax while they ran around. The pool was gated and right by our unit plus the beach was a quick walk down the path. The reviews I saw prior to going said there weren't many towels but there were plenty in all the bathrooms and for the beach. Thank you Brian we had an amazing family vacation and will definitely be back!

    Ideal setup for a big family group- just steps to the beach, and right across the street from Publix. Comfortable, roomy, clean, well equipped. Bring your beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool is shared with the other houses, but we barely used it.

    Nice property with plenty of space and short walk to the beach. Only suggestion is to bring towels if you have a lot of people.

    Loved the space for the family and enjoyed the wrap around decks. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to catch the sun rise and relaxing setting. There was plenty of parking for the family, room to spread out to sleep.
