Relax in hot tub after walk in ocean side park

Very friendly owners and very responsive to questions and recommendations. Love how close the house is to the kids playground and got to enjoy my morning powerwalk around Neck Point Park & beach. Serene relaxing environment, spacious and clean suite for family of 4. My kids enjoyed hot tub time after dinner and watched the sunset from the hot tub deck. The only issue for us was ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working when the kids wanted ice cold drinks. Even though there weren’t restaurants within walking distance (especially with kids), easily drivable 10-15mins to good restaurant options.

Just to ensure that you are able to walk down a small steep path, to the unit in back of house. Very specious inside. Coffee and tea provided, much appreciated!!

The host was very helpful. The area was perfect for visiting Piepers Lagoon and Longneck Park. Also great location in the city. The suite was very comfortable, meeting all of our needs. Nice hot tub! Defa place to come back to.

Too many ridiculous overly detailed rules. Especially re hot tub.No full stove. Should be noted.3rd bedroom? NO! Just a bed in the dining room.Quiet / private / central location.

Brian's place was a wonderfully relaxing and well appointed property to stay at! We had plenty of room for our family and would stay again!

Beautifully furnished, beds comfortable, great place to stay. No oven available so need to plan any meals towards a hot plate/microwave/bbq.

Brian and his wife are very courteous hosts. It was a comfortable stay. Everything was pristine. Beautiful hot tub and patio. We can highly recommend!

The suite is clean and spacious. The deck was enjoyed for the garden and ocean view (if you sit in the right spot) The hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive when we had a question. Close to a park near the ocean, a lovely restaurant and a quick bus ride downtown. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great time. Brian responded to any messages really quickly. Location was quiet but only 15 mins out of the city centre. The space was very clean and super cute. Definitely recommend!

The basement was very quiet - beautiful furnishing and decor! The hot tub was a hit at the end of the day, and the deck was gorgeous!

The weekend we spend in Nanaimo is a bit raining weather, having a hot tub to relax and stay warm is so lovely after harvesting some shellfish at Nanoose Bay. Host also provide massage service at her place with extra charge which is really lovely to have such convenient location

This is a nice cozy property that suited our 6 adult guests, though with one bathroom, it was a bit tricky to cycle through everyone's needs.

This was an impeccably clean basement suite a short walk from beautiful Neck Point Park. Would stay again.

Came with Grandparents for my sons gradustion. Home was very nice, spacious and the host answered questions within minutes.

The neighborhood is lovely with beautiful, large homes with a peek of the bay. The space Brian has created feels just like home. Nice decor and touches throughout. We're happy we chose this property after looking at several choices. It was just a few minutes drive to Departure Bay to catch the ferry to Vancouver.
