Stayed May 28, 2025We had a great stay at this property! The home was clean, spacious, and very well-stocked for a comfortable week. The location was convenient, and everything was just as described in the listing.One thing to note is that the upstairs can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the hosts provided plenty of fans in every bedroom, which made a big difference.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Stayed May 15, 2025This house was perfect for us over the UNR graduation weekend. Pros: A BIGGIE: We requested early check-in, due to graduation being at 3pm that same day, and they granted it. So thankful! Pool table! We had a small gathering for our daughter's grad celebration, and the pool table and fire pit were a huge hit! 3 FULL bathrooms! A must with 6 total people staying.Downstairs bedroom and full bath! Perfect for our 71-year-old auntie guest. Excellent back yard with fire! A great gathering place. Great kitchen! Wood-burning fireplace! The last night got chilly, and this was so cozy. 3 full driveway parking spaces, and an empty garage! Only cons: Outside fire pit had no propane, but after we reached out the first night, they delivered more the very next day. Maybe just a note to check its contents when preparing the house for next guests. We had some trouble with the garage door. We only needed the garage space for one car, and only once or twice for the three days, so it wasn't a big deal. Maybe don't count on the eggs included mentioned in the listing. We bought some, no biggie. And also, we had asked for early checkin, so we assumed maybe the shopping didn't get done. Not a big deal for us at all; only mentioning in case someone counted on it. An EXCELLENT property for a small family celebration! Thank you so much!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Nice stay, overall great option. Floors were grimy (very dirty hands and feet on crawling babies!) and one set of sheets was musty. Well equipped kitchen, complimentary food appreciated!
