This absolutely beautiful home is approx. 2400 sq. ft. and is very charming. This home is sure to please everyone.

This home offers a lovely kitchen with granite countertops, oak cabinets, side by side refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwater, microwave and a pass thru bar that comfortably seats 2.

Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee cups/mugs, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker ,utensils, knives, baking dishes, metal pans, blender, toaster and can opener.

Beautiful formal dining area that comfortably seats 8 and has serving hutch.

The living area is very comfortable with 2 Queen sofa sleepers, two chairs, and a large mounted TV. Wi-Fi too.

All beds and mattresses are new for a comfortable nights sleep.
This home is a 5 bedroom plus two queen sleeper sofas (accommodates up to 14 people) 4 full bathrooms. 3 of the bathrooms were just completely renovated.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with wifi .

Enjoy the summer breeze in the lovely screened in porch with wicker furniture and ceiling fan that overlooks swimming pool and back yard.

Have a blast with your own resort nestled in the backyard starting with a large Private, Spacious Gunite Saltwater Swimming pool with an 8 person hot tub and a very large screened enclosure. The pool is 3' deep to the deepest being 5'. The pool averages 16' x 32' in size. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Ask when booking!! Enjoy laying out in the pool on the nice tanning ledge or spend hours having a blast playing Aqua Volley inside pool.

Enjoy the nice large patio with a umbrella table with 6 chairs and a large gas grill. We do not supply the gas but do have two tanks that can be filled at the local Shell Station. We also have Horse Shoes and Tether Ball.

The back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence which is great if you choose to bring your pet. We do have a Pet Fee of $25.00 per day, per dog. Max of 2 dogs per stay. Pets are not allowed on Gulf Shore Beaches. However, pets are allowed at Gulf State Park and Fort Morgan Beach which is a 20 minute drive.

* Pool cleaning is scheduled on Saturdays. We cannot control if this day gets moved
due to weather or special situations. We appreciate your understanding.

TV in each bedroom is not a smart tv and no cable service provided. Currently working on upgrading TVs to provide free tv app. Subscriptions are at renters expense. TV upgrades completed by 12/31/25
