Our stay exceeded our expectations! Very spacious and clean property. We stayed with our toddler and baby so the pack and play and high chair were such a relief. Great location close to the beach. We had no issues but the host was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay. Would love to come back!

This is a great place to stay and enjoy what Naples and the surrounding area has to offer. Wonderful accommodation and comfortable beds. We loved the pool area. Dan has thought of everything and it is reassuring to know that Dan is easily contactable if required. Would we stay there again? Most definitely!

Very clean home, beautiful and relaxing pool and landscaping. Great walking area to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach. Quiet neighborhood, safe, well-patrolled area by Collier County Sheriff's Office. This was our second time staying there and it was as good as the first. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. You won't want to miss sunset on the beach with chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes and other amenities provided at the home.

We will be back! Dan your property is incredible. We stayed with our two young girls for a week and this house was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. The pool was used every day. The area is quiet at night which was such a treat.

House fit our needs and perfect location will be back

The house was at a great location in Naples for walks or riding bikes, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The owner left an informative binder that we used throughout our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The extra touches of fresh flowers on the kitchen table, fully stocked kitchen, new cleaning supplies for our stay, newer washer and dryer, and beach equipment in the garage was noticed and appreciated. Our favorite part of the stay was the covered porch, pool area and heated pool. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee and evenings playing cards in the covered porch area and the daytime in or around the amazing pool. With the palm tree coverage and fence area the pool area seemed lovely and private. This is a great vacation spot in many many ways.

Nice home that had everything we needed. We used the bicycles daily. Short ride to 2 beaches. Short drives to Trader Joe's, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. Hope to come again someday!

Spotless. Plenty of space, just as pictured. Quiet walkable neighborhood close to beaches. Convenient to shopping, restaurants. Dan was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect sized home for our family in a great location with easy access to the beach and everything else. Bikes came in very handy for getting around locally.

We had the best time staying here in Naples. We had 4 adults, one toddler and one infant. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week. The washer and dryer on site was really helpful too. The location is perfect! Super quiet neighborhood, and just a short bike ride to restaurants, and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again!

Dan’s properties in Naples are always excellent. We enjoyed the great pool, closeness to the beach and Excellent restaurants near by. We usually visit twice a year and will stay at this property again.
