Relax at the sand shack

The place was wonderful and so convenient to the beach! I could sit on the balcony and watch my big kids play in the sand! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities.

Beach house location can’t be beat! Always ready and very clean for our arrival.

Owners very responsive and easy to contact. Beachhouse was cute, cozy and super clean. Nice big open living, kitchen, dining. It is well stocked with all the usual paper products, linens, etc, but had plenty of unexpected “extras”. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time to stay here. It’s clean, comfortable & beach access is very close. We love sitting on the deck where you can see the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Shack. Clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. The front deck was perfect for sitting & catching the ocean breeze. We loved being away from the chaos of the Seawall area but close enough to drive in to eat if we wanted.

My family and I have stayed here for the past three years and we have loved it every time. It is the only rental we will even consider when going down to Galveston!

The stay was great. We’ve stayed here before and plan to more in the future. We love the closeness to town center and we love the closeness to the beach. It’s a great house in a great neighborhood. We try to make it down for the Lone Star motorcycle rally each year and it’s typically very close to my birthday as well.

Everything was excellent! The location was fantastic (could easily market it as just minute from the beach because it's really that close) and the amenities were great. We had absolutely no complaints. Any questions or issues were handled quickly and the host was definitely responsive to questions. We will stay here again.

Perfect property very close to the beach. Clean house, well furnished with everthing you need. They even had two different styles of sunshades for the beach and plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull it all to the beach!

Short walk to the beach, beds were comfortable, and the outdoor shower is a plus.

For value we give Beach Hut AAA+. A clean, well stocked, vacation rental. We are a multiple generation group who have stayed in numerous beach rentals, everything we needed was there, access to a lovely beach area was an easy walk. Our only problem was we ran out of time . We hope we can return soon and stay in Beach Hut again.

House was great super close to the beach less than 2 minute walk. Property manager was great also after I deleted the check in email on a they were quick to respond and resend the info. Very friendly and nice. House has beach toys for kids chairs umbrellas they have it covered. I will be looking here first for my next stay in Galveston.
