Relax at the Lonestar Lodge! Close to all the fun in DFW!

the house was great, all the rooms were clean, the host was extremely helpful. everything was better than expected. the neibhborhood was nice and quiet. and lots of good eating places near buy.

I love staying in the Arlington Heights neighborhood when we visit for concerts at Dickie's Arena, which is an easy and safe 10-15 minute walk from this cute little house. There's plenty of dining nearby and I would say to not miss eating at Ol' South Pancake House. Nice location, clean and plenty of space for several people traveling together or a family. King size bed in master bedroom was the only one we used and it is so comfortable that I pulled back the sheets to see what brand it was!

I would have to say this was the dirtiest VRBO we have ever stayed in. We’ve been coming to Fort Worth for the past five years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience.There was nowhere to sit outside, and the deck was rotting and felt unsafe. Inside, the cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were filthy—to the point where you had to keep your shoes on at all times. The baseboards and doors were covered in thick dust and grime, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator was dirty, and the kitchen sponge was old with no replacement available.We arrived to find the dishwasher already loaded with dishes and laundry left in the dryer. The outdoor trash can had not been emptied. The small shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, with an orange, slimy ring around the drain, and it drained very poorly—leaving standing water that reached about a quarter of the tub by the end of a shower.We didn’t end up using the third bedroom. The metal bed frame was loud and wobbly, and the bottom bunk sheets had visible stains (or were simply dirty). We chose to crowd into the other two bedrooms instead.The biggest issue overall was the lack of cleanliness throughout the home. While the property manager was responsive when we requested ant killer (there were dozens of ants on the counter), it was inconvenient to have to store all food in the fridge to avoid them. Cute house in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to Dickies but needs additional attention on cleaning front. Property manager allowed us to park and check in early which was appreciated. Older property that has some updates but felt like it hadn't been stayed in recently.

Great location for events at Dickies Arena (walking distance!) and easy access to the rest of Fort Worth. Walking distance to little shops on one of the main roads as well. Cute and safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. However, the house seems to need better upkeep. It wasn't as clean as expected such as having dirty dishes in the dishwasher, table needed to be wiped, dusty furniture, and the towels were musty and wet/damp when we arrived. Having onsite washer/dryer was a plus which we used to freshen the towels and do a load of our own laundry after a night out. Overall we think a few furniture upgrades, some maintenance, and a deep clean would go a long way. That being said, we would stay here again for the convenience and great host. Shop recommendations: walk to the Aura Clinic for great crystals, tarot and aura readings!If you are looking for a tattoo shop with amazing artists and probably the best receptionist we have ever met, visit Randy Adams tattoo shop on E Lancaster.

Cute house with a great location close to the Will Rogers and downtown Fort Worth. The house was not clean, but owner responded quickly to rectify the situation.

Enjoyed my stay will stay again

We went to watch the performance horse championships. The house was only about a mile from Dickies stadium and just a few miles from the stockyards. It was very convenient

I was in town to visit family. The location was perfect. Wish that I could say the same for the property. It was obvious that they did not clean up after the previous guests.

Great location. Perfect house. Needs a deep clean. Spent some time washing linens when we got there. Door lock did not work but was replaced for us. Owner is very kind and friendly. Who ever cleans for him is doing a poor job. I would stay there again.

There were several issues with this facility, and I contacted the house to give our concerns. There was no coffee and condiments no washcloths there were dirty towels in the master closet and the outside of the house was unkept and a strong urine smell on the porch. The grass was tall. And notmowed. I contacted him because I didn’t want to be held responsible for items that I have listed above. I did not feel like this property met the standards that I had experienced with other VRBO facilities.

We were going to a horse show and the location was great. Cute house in a nice neighborhood. House was in need of a deep cleaning and had issues with the heater. Sheets and towels from previous guest were left in the dryer as were all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. House was well stocked and had everything we needed.

We had a nice stay here and loved the location! Walking distance to Dickies Arena and easy access to other spots in Ft. Worth!

The master bed could use a new mattress unless you don’t mind rolling downhill into the middle of the bed but still was quite comfortable. Very cute home! We had a great stay and would love to stay here again!
