Relax at the Beachouse

A very nice beach house 2 blocks away from the beach. All the conveniences of home steps away from the sand. Johnny is a great host always available. We had a great time we will definitely return.

We loved our vacation and really enjoyed the quietness of the location, the friendliness of the neighborhood, and the private beach! The beach house was a short walk to a clean beach with warm, clean water and delightful breeze. Due to location, the waves were small and gentle which made boogie boarding challenging. We went to the beach almost every day and loved how quiet it was-not crowded at all. The local restaurants are delightful, we especially liked HK on the Bay-another quick walk. There’s a water park, aquarium, and mini golf about 25 minutes away. The only thing missing was a local ice cream parlor and mini golf within walking distance. We went to oceanfront to checkout boardwalk but it wasn’t our style- I hear the higher number streets on oceanfront seem to be better. Highly recommend. Family of 4, 1 15 teenaged boy and an 11 year old, plus family friend and her teen.

Nice quiet side street - nice neighbors and everything you might need at the house. We had a blast. Good wifi - no issues with multiple zoom meetings. Beds are comfy and nice beach gear.

We loved the location, 2 min walk to the beach, property is clean and spacious, lots of chairs, beach cart and long board provided. Restaurants and stores are nearby. We enjoyed our stay and want to rent again next year.

We had so much fun… the property was in an excellent location, very clean, and perfect for our family! It was one of the best family vacation we have had in a long time! Johnny was very quick with any questions we had! Thank you, Thank you ☺️

Really enjoyed this rental that was 1 block away from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, which I was worried about with littles traveling and sleeping in a new spot for the first time since the pandemic. We literally rolled out of bed and went down to the beach. The home was well-stocked with everyday essentials including a wagon to haul our things down. Our kids are already asking to go back.

My husband, kids (6 and 2), and I had a really nice stay. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, walking distance to the beach, and close to many restaurant to easily grab food to go. Property manager/owner, Johnny, was nice and very easy to work with.

Our stay here was fine. The three bedrooms with attached baths are perfect. The beds were comfy and felt the linens were updated and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to HK, which is delicious. Skip Bouy 44...terrible service and food (wish I had known that). I gave it a 3 for cleanliness because the kitchen was dirty, with every cabinet containing crumbs and the cookware is awful. We took items to prepare breakfast as we were traveling with kids and found it a challenge to find adequate cookware to use and they were not clean. The owner was receptive to our texts about the internet glitch. The paddle board was awesome, but there are no beach towels we assumed were included as part of the linens and no balls for the paddles.Not sure who maintains this property, but there were a bunch of dead lightbulbs. Overall, if you just want to sleep, shower and be close to the beach, this is perfect and better than a hotel.

The house was very nice. My kids liked the multiple levels and the walk to the beach was short and easy. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.
