Perfect location! The two-story house on the beach was perfect for my husband and me as we celebrated birthdays with our family. The spacious primary bedroom has an amazing ocean view with balcony, high ceilings, couch & comfortable king bed. The double and twin bed rooms face the freeway. A bathroom with a bathtub is upstairs and a bathroom with a shower is next to the laundry room downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped, dining room table seats six and the living room has a cozy “L” shaped couch and recliner with another amazing ocean view. There is an outdoor shower with warm water and the deck has four lounge chairs, table with chairs, more chairs and two umbrellas. Lots of surfboards to use and beach towels, too. The owner thought of everything-night lights throughout, Kleenex, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner & body wash for each shower, even tar removal product. Our family surfed at Mondos Beach (100 yards away), fished, body surfed and lots of beach walking. Everyone wants to come back! One of our best vacations ever!

The kitchen and all rooms were fully equipped with everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. The location on Rincon is beautiful.

Perfect beach location! Our family enjoyed using the surf boards. Our granddaughter’s favorite activity was swinging on the swing on the deck. Very comfortable beds! Wonderful place for our 3-generation family gathering.

We love this home. The backyard is the ocean. Very relaxing to sit on back patio and just look at the ocean or walk along the beach. The stars at night are amazing. We will be back!

Location is excellent, the house was stocked with more than we expected, the house was right on the beach and very comfortable. I would go back and stay here again.

Great house overlooking the beach - eat dinner and look at nothing but ocean! wake up with the waves and the surfers playing in the water.the outdoor shower (warm water!) is the best - and the house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Loved being right on the beach. It's the first time I've rented a house so I can't compare it to others. I loved that it felt like a home. My kids are 20 and 22 and loved it. We brought our 10 year old dog who was in heaven on the beach. My girlfriend and her teenager had a ball as well. The short drive to Ventura is easy. There is a street in town with no car traffic that's full of thrift shops, restaurants and shops. Way better for me than a sterile hotel. Feels like staying in a friend's home. A perfect distance from Los Angeles as well.

Can’t say enough about our stay! The house is perfect. Had everything we needed! Most importantly the views and beach access. Walks on the beach, reading on the deck, the constant sounds of the ocean, birds, dolphins, a friendly seal and tide pools. Paradise.Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!!

We had a great stay here. This a charming beach house, I was there with my parents and my family (including 2 kids). There were lots of toys to keep the kids busy. The kitchen was also well stocked with supplies which was a massive help.

We all had a wonderful time at this oceanfront home. The location was incredible....coffee on the deck every morning,watching the waves and seeing seals and dolphins right in front of us! My two grandkids loved boogie boarding for hours every day. Perfect!

This is a great property...we have enjoyed staying here multiple times and will return again. Close enough to Ventura but nice to have this smaller beach with low foot traffic and overall peace and quiet. Can fish from deck at high tide...very cool. Comfortable and has a feels like home vibe. Owners great...communicate quickly to questions and just a great no hassle experience...appreciated.

Modest, clean house in great locatrion

Our stay was better than we could have ever imagined. The home was comfy, cozy and felt like we were staying at your favorite auntie’s. The kitchen was well appointed and everything we could possibly need was there including towels, games, plenty of parking and a deck and beach beyond imagination. It was complete, picturesque zen. We can’t wait to go back!

Our family’s second stay, as wonderful as the first time, with surfing, fishing and kayaking steps from the house. Perfect location for long walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets and just melting any stresses away. The house is comfortable, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. This felt like a sweet time capsule and authentic to how we wanted to feel on vacation to Ventura. We heard about this place from our surf instructor who used to stay with his family growing up. All our children had their own beds with the 3 bedrooms, and the master room is beautiful. Not many places allow that direct ocean access in the area, and this was just right. listened to the ocean at night.

Had a blast here… enjoyed our time relaxing and surfing. Property was as described. Clean and had great ammenties.

Groovy Beach House right on the beach. Well stocked, clean, good wifi. Nice big master bedroom, comfortable bed and the ocean and its sounds are right there. Our second time staying at this property (we stayed a few years ago, too) and this time was as enjoyable as the first. Only a few minutes drive to Ventura's Main Street and its shops and restaurants (and the Von's market). Owners are very responsive.

Four of us were coming from out of town to attend a wedding in Carpinteria. Rather than get individual hotel rooms, we chose to book this oceanfront home. It was great! The house is literally right on the water! Plenty of room, and everything you need to ensure a pleasant stay. Hosts were perfect.

This was my fifth or maybe sixth time staying here and once again, it didn't disappoint. The house is comfortable, clean, well equipped and the location can't be beat. I've already booked again for next year. Thanks Kay and Brent for helping my family create wonderful summer memories.

This is our 2nd vacation in this wonderful beach house. The house is so comfortable and right on the beach. We were able to go on long walks, enjoy meals on the patio with the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous sunsets. Our family had a perfect vacation and we will definitely return. Had a terrific 5 nights. Lots of rain and high surf the last night which made it exciting. The house is very comfortable and has everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Deck location could not be better. Looking forward to staying again.
