I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the 3rd yr out of 4 the gas bottle for the heater was empty. (Last yr I asked that it be checked and it had been filled).I also raised the problem of having to walk on sandy grass to get from the hose off concrete to the verandah. Once again I'd suggest a concrete area at the bottom of the steps.A dishwasher machine would be great. A roster of which garbage bin goes out on alternate Sunday night's is definitely needed, as we have no idea. Alternatively when you send your departure details, you need to stipulate Red or Yellow bin.

Large house, clean and plenty of parking room Ceiling fans help but no air conditioning might be a problem in very hot weather. No dishwasher.Cleaning lady did a very thourough job before we moved in after the house was used by an inconsiderate group of guests before our stay. She was very helpful.
