House overall very clean. Filters dirty had to replace. Previous tenants left the grill a mess. Curb appeal could use some work. The rest of the house looked great. Nicely decorated. Garage had pool and beach supplies. Host was quick to respond when contacted Clubhouse pool was great. Overall would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time and this home was beautiful. It was near everything but still away from the noise and congestion of route 1. We will definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the host's welcome and the cleanliness of the place. We were missing some small items that we had to go and purchase. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the host was helpful.

This is a wonderful location. Love the community pool. House is spacious and clean and has everything you need. Super quick drive to the boardwalk, beach, Cape Henlopen, Ferry, etc…We would stay here again!

Excellent property, great location!! Very clean, very well stocked, great size! Host was excellent! Definitely recommend to families! Great neighborhood, two pools . We will be back!
